As mentioned, there was an issue with the shower hot water mixer upstairs, but this was very quickly addressed and handled by Charles whilst we were out during the day. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The location was convenient with a car and located very close to a cafe and convenience store. It was also only a short drive to parking in the Fort William Town centre. Our stay here was very pleasant. Wonderful house, beautifully decorated and very comfortable stay. The property was close to a grocery/ cafe shop and the view of the mountains in the mornings was just perfect.

I would prefer firmer beds. That personal preference. The entrance to the flat ( past the bins) is not ideal, but didn't bother us as area was clean

Only a minor thing but on leaving, the bins were padlocked and we didn't have the code. Was able to guess it though so it wasn't that much of a problem. Password for the Wifi didn't work; perhaps a related issue was that if the TVs were turned off they couldn't reconnect when switched on again and became useless. The TVs themselves were nice to use beforehand though!

Very clean and fresh, quality fit out. Handy location for local amenities but still quiet. One of the nicer places we stayed on our trip!

Had we been on holiday and taken it for a few days the location in the Farmfood carpark might have been a disappointment but the flat itself was top class. Appreciate it is what it is.

There is nothing that comes to mind. The place is as advertised. Only better!

The location is spot on for our needs, easy to access and great views from the decking too! The interior is finished to a high standard immaculate and extremely comfortable.

Only minor quibbles. Not an exciting location with any walking destinations nearby if you fancied a bit of a walk to a pub or looking at shop windows. Shares a car park/parking lot with a grocery shop, which wasn't a probelem. Not terribly noisy, but a moderate amount of traffic going by so not every guest might enjoy having the windows open.

A modern (probably recently renovated) roomy and clean apartment with a welcome selection of gourmet coffee and breakfast foods. We appreciated the thought of having some things available to guests. Nice views of distant mountains. Conveniently located right next to a grocery/food shop, so plenty of options available for cooking at the apartment. Pretty quiet at night after the food shop is closed. A private deck with table would have been great on a dryer, less windy day than we had.

The washer/dryer was a handful. After a small load was washed, took many attempts to dry but still left with damp clothes. Possibly condenser needed looking at?

It was clean and very well equipped. The owner was very thoughtful to include small items for breakfast, tea coffee etc. Bed and pillows were really comfy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Beautiful studio rather I would say an apartment! Very well maintained and it had every little thing suited for a family specially kids. There is a supermarket just opposite to the apartment and you would get everything for food. We loved the stay here and the host was amazing who ensured every detail was passed on. One of the best stay for us.
