Perhaps providing Google maps pin would made finding the precise location of the last turn? Or even the way all the way back to the lockbox.

I liked the breakfast foods that were provided. That was a big help considering the somewhat out-of-the-way location. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean - also a plus.

The apartment was spotless and a very good size. Kitchen was very well equipped. Quiet location not far from the centre of Inverness. Contact with owner was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Spacious, warm, cosy and very clean. This apartment was perfect for a family and was in a great location. We walked to the Milk Bar in town for a beautiful coffee and Vegan toastie. Rachel was so accomodating, and had set up the travel cot and high chair for us to use. We had such a wonderful stay!

The only single thing we did not like was the electric shower in en-suite. Whilst the shower was a huge walk in, the power of the shower was so weak, we never used it. Not sure why people continue to put these in as, it takes SO long to wash and rinse. The pressure was so low (even on max setting) that I had to put my head pretty much against the unit itself to get the water on my head. The only saving grace was the other shower in main bathroom which runs off the mains pressure. That was much better, but still mot super powerful (for girls with long hair and who welcome a powerful shower to shampoo and rinse better).

Beautiful, modern and very clean. Attention to details and some milk and cereal and coffee on arrival. Very quiet and beds very comfy. Overall, absolutely lovely and Rachel answered a few questions before arriving.

Good for those with a car but long walk for us. We took the bus or cab to the city. It was however walking distance to some restaurants or pub.

There is nothing not to like.

We totally loved everything about this delightful property. It was immaculately clean, well fitted out with everything and more than you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Each room at this home is tastefully furnished and obviously well looked after with much pride. The kitchen has everything you would need. I don’t think the oven or microwave has ever been used, the cutlery and crockery also looked new. Anyone would be happy to stay here forever! The owner was so responsive and was so kind to come over when i was unable to open the washing machine/dryer door. The apartment also was surprisingly and kindly stocked with some milk, apple juice, tea, coffee, cereal and shortbread. Totally unexpected and really thoughtful. After a late arrival into Inverness it was lovely to see that there for us to have in the morning if we wanted it. We are fussy with our accommodation, we travel a lot, I’m a germaphobe and there was not one thing any of us could pick that wasn’t perfect about this place. We loved it all.

Amazing apartment. Very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was extremely comfy. All the furniture and flooring looked new. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Nice short walk into the city. I couldn't recommend this apartment more.

Every thing regarding our stay was perfect.

We did not expect breakfast to be available, it was a nice surprise to have some available to use. The apartment exeded our expectations, it was so relaxing and quiet.

Very little if anything to complain about. Poorly signposted from main road, so too the building name and numbers (apartment block) for a new comer. Lock box was difficult to see and open in the heavy rain and darkness. Once I had the keys it was lovely thereafter. There was an issue with water supply on the last day but this was due to the utility company rather than the host/accommodation.

Better than expected. Very clean and clean. Host put a lot of thought into this accommodation even supplying milk and juice, washing up kit, and towels/toiletries for example. There was a very handy information booklet available. Best frying pan that I've ever had in a self-catering apartment. Happy to see fire extinguisher and blanket available. Very comfortable bed. I would choose to stay here again if necessary. I can see why the ratings for this accommodation are high.

I got confused on whether there was air conditioning based on the Nest instructions. The heat was on when we arrived, so it took me a while to figure out how to shut that off.

the property was amazing! I was blown away that the host left us juices, milk and cereal for us. Everything was very comfortable. But the house was clean and had a great location. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a challenge finding the turn into the property using Google Maps, otherwise it was lovely.

It was gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, we had amenities in our spacious bathrooms, the washer/dryer combo was easy to use, and the parking was easy.

Hedgefield House was absolutely brilliant, and we want to thank Rachel for providing an exceptional place for us to stay while travelling in Scotland. We are a family of four, with two young children, and we were provided with a made up cot, and a high chair for our little one, just as requested and agreed. There were plenty of clean towels and amenities, the place was spotless, clean and fresh upon arrival. There was tourist information available if required (which we looked through when arranging our Nessie boat tour), an informative manual about the residence and how things work, and there was even milk, juice, breakfast cereal and shortbread available for us! The property was very comfortable, it had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay, the area was quiet, parking was great, and it was only a 15 minute walk down into the mall and shops, so very handy if you don't want to take the car. Thank you Rachel for a wonderful stay, we really appreciated the effort that has gone into making this place so lovely.
