There is no luggage storage facility, it could get a bit noisy at night and the shower did not have a handheld shower head but only an overhead one with cumbersome hot water controls. The front door does have a closure spring but sometimes we still found it open for anyone to enter. There is no lift.

Location is perfect with the underground station right opposite and many restaurants and shops in the same street. The price was reasonable and the place kept very clean. Although there is no reception, they can be contacted easily via Whatsapp and the response is always very helpful.

The property belongs to someone who was supposed to give us the entry details beforehand but we had to call several times before getting it to my WhatsApp. Although I have given my WhatsApp well in advance. Also, after reaching at the property at half past 3, we didn't know our room number and had to wait for 10-15 minutes with luggage in a very narrow entrance. Luckily I met a guy who contacted our host on my behalf and she replied to him with our room number and room code. That guy kindly escorted us to the room and opened our room. The room was on the 4th floor (No. 15) without a lift which I wouldn't complain about as I knew it before booking the place from early reviews. But it was horrible for us to climb through a narrow staircase after all day of walking and roaming around London. Also, on our 2nd day, I have requested the host with extra coffee sachets, which she promised and will be kept in our room, but later on I received another message from her that the cleaner mistakenly delivered our coffee to another room and we need to collect it upon return at night and that they already knew the situation. I was embarrassed enough to knock someone's room at 11 o'clock in the evening but I did so and the person opened the door of course with a not so welcoming face saying they don't have any coffee delivered to their room. It was a long day for us and embarrassment at the end of the day so not a good experience at all.

The location of the property is the best point, but don't expect front/open view at least we could not get it. All the basic amenities were available but not refillable. The host texted us to get feedback after 1 night of staying which I liked for a host who is managing everything from a distance on WhatsApp.

It is a small room, but located perfectly on a lively street with a good public transport connections, pubs and restaurants. There was hairdryer!

Everything was good except the a small issue. The room wasn't ready for checking in at 3:00 pm. We had to wait 4-5 hours until the staff member cleaned the room, as he explained to us that we had a late arrival. Quite interesting, as all the hotels are available for checking in at the notice time, here it was 15. It was probably bad time management by the guy from the staff, spoiled the whole experience from the accommodation. So, be careful, when you give them your arrival time.

The Hotel is without reception but the host was always available and very friendly! The Hotellocation was very good. There are many Restaurants and pubs in Earl’s Court. The subway Station is across the street.

For me it was not a problem or a con, but you should be aware that there is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the third floor and the staircase is kind of narrow.

The apartment has all the facilities for a short vacation ( fridge, hair dryer, space to deposit your things ). The location is very good, 2 minutes by foot from the Earl's Court underground. The host is thoughtful and friendly, we had a smooth communication, she let us some chocolate and water bottles.

Was difficult to properly close external door, I can see why some people were nervous about security. Bathroom drain possibly a little blocked as shower overflowed. I reported when I left as shame to damage the property. Walls a little thin so could hear neighbours but could have been worse.

Room looked exactly like photos online. Directions very straightforward and communication over WhatsApp was clear and timely. Room was compact but perfect for my needs, plenty of coat hangers and kettle for hot drinks. Clean towels and linen. Would be happy to stay again in future.

Lots of stairs to get to your room (no lift access) which is a surprise if you're not expecting it but not the end of the world if you only have a couple of bags with you.

The location was perfect, easily accessible for the activities we did, with the train station directly across the road. We were situated with plenty of facilities in easy access to us (i.e. supermarkets/places to eat). Our host provided us with plenty of tea bags/coffees/water and even left us a small bag of chocolates.

The staff think you’re collaborator and not customer

Good location, room was okay. We were blocked outside the building two time for 30 minutes. First time staff answered and asked other client to open us. After they asked me to fix the issue! Not normal. Their was no water for the 2 first night Second time we were blocked outside but staff never answered me. Lucky time, somebody gone out.

Be good for guests to be aware this compact room is on the fifth floor with a very narrow and steep staircase. No elevator for this building. There was quite a bit of noise from busy street especially at night. Good to have some ear plugs for light sleepers.

No lift, very narrow stairs. If you have big luggage you will need some muscle. No way to store luggage if you arrive early and want to leave late.

It would be better to have a stool/chair in the room. The only place to sit is the bed which is not convenient. Also, my room had a window on the roof, so there were no curtains and the light shines through directly in the early morning (bring a night mask). Could also be convenient to set up some lockers for baggage storage inside the building.

The shower in the room was clogged and never remedied the entire time we were there. It was advertised as enough accommodations for 6, but only enough linens and beds for 4. (This was remedied by offering another room in the same building) Beds were not sound. Be careful on the top bunks for anyone over 115 pounds.

The bathroom is convenient but very small so you can feel claustrophobic. But it did the job. Maybe shelves in a shower can be a plus. My friend was a bit annoyed by the wind tunnel outside because it was kind of loud but I was not. You can feel that the room is used often by many patrons because the walls need some painting but it's not a big deal.

Location is perfect ! 1 minute to an underground station, near a Starbucks in a street with a lot of restaurant and shops. The owners are very nice and give all the informations needed (plus free chocolates :) ) and they were interesting to know if everything was okay. It feels very safe to be there because of the electronic lock on the door. Lot of facilities in the room : microwave, mini fridge, desk and everything was super clean.

The room is very small. There isn’t really much space to put your stuff. We messaged the hosts for a tv remote but never got one. Not a massive issue but the communication and service weren’t great. Room also had some small maintenance issues

The location is great! Right next to the station with good links to get around London. The street is also very lively with lots of places to eat and drink. Overall it was ok though and quite comfortable
