The light switches in the room were a bit footery and was not expecting to pay £10 for onsite parking as this wasn't made clear it was an extra charge. But overall it was fine and glad we had onsite parking altho a bit tight !

The window was stuck down in our room, you can’t open it. Front door is great for security but not guest friendly especially with luggage. The spa bath took forever to fill, very slow water from tap and it has to be filled up to the jet level before it works. Led lights in the bath room would be better than the dim yellowy one’s.

Comfortable bed, nice linen, great bathroom, very quiet, good heating, gr8 shower, spotless. Friendly staff, good parking spaces at the back of the hotel but cost £10 per night.

The outside of the building needs more attention, doesn’t look very accommodating, looks more like a hostel. The shampoo and shower gel containers were empty. The front door was broken and took some time getting into especially as it was late at night. The TV screen was broken.

There were a couple of finishing touches lacking in the room such as some missed sealant / grouting where the tiles met the door frame in the en-suite but it was nothing major and not worthy of raising with staff. The full English was of decent quality but the choice was a bit limited i.e. only fried or scrambled eggs were available. This might have been due to a temporary staffing issue. I was hoping for fresh coffee with breakfast but unfortunately, it was only Kenco sachets on offer.

The chap we dealt with was lovely - really friendly, nice to talk to, and was happy to help in any way he could. The room and en-suite were impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The en-suite was far better than we expected - it was quite high spec and appeared to have been recently upgraded.

The property can be a bit of a stretch to walk to parts of Blackpool, but it was alright for the short stay.

The property was a comfortable stay, it was clean and had everything you would need for a short break away. Tea and coffee machine facilities, good size tv with Netflix, rainfall shower and comfy bed. Great price as well!

Bathroom had no body wash! Breakfast wasn’t included for £255 for two nights, Had to pay extra for parking, £10 per night and when I didn’t pay the second night in advance in cash a note was placed in my room which I thought was a private area when I had paid to stay!

Bathroom was nice, modern and clean, Only short walk to central Blackpool.

Good sized room. Nice decor and furnished well. Quality spa bath with shower. Excellent value for money though. No major complaints. Minor complaints..... Well overall thoughts are. The owners are perhaps in period of getting where they want to be and are 75% there. Feel it is minor things letting them down badly. I wont go into what but there are issues there and if owners want to contact me l will be happy to let them know. These need to be addressed to achieve a 5***** ranking not a 4**** as in my mind this hotel is. Overall. Great value for money and had an enjoyable stay. Best wishes. Pete.

No batteries in the TV remote No fresh pastries delivered on any morning Cleaner arrived once when asked to clean the room every morning. Was asked to leave the premises early in the morning to allow cleaners to come in and only cleaned the room once. The bath took about 3 hours to fill with water and had to clean myself as it was dirty. I disagree with the parking charge of £10 per day as the hotel is expensive enough without having separate parking charges. Other than these minor issues it was OK but not the greatest value for money.

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and the place was moderately clean.
