Cleanliness at hostel level. Dusty corners. Watermarked cutlery. Good enough and met our needs but i guess some would expect more.

Dark color and old bed linen. White soft linen is preferred. Though linen are maintained clean it does not look good.

I like the room size, structure, and the amenities specially the kitchen and dining amenities. Even the view from the window feels relaxing.

There was a small issue with the entry code and communication with the owner/manager to get the correct code. The frying pan also wouldn't work on the induction hob. Luckily we had the idea to swap the frying pan with the one in the communal kitchen and this did work, other wise we wouldn't have been able to cook half the food we had bought.

The room was very tidy and well presented and exactly as explained in the description.

The room was directly on the street and just next to the building entrance hence was very noisy when people walked by on the pavement or when other guests came back to their rooms.

Since it was an old building, we could occasionally hear heavy footsteps and the conversations of people walking by outside. The bed was also slightly too soft for our tastes, but overall our stay was very good!

The staff was lovely and made us feel welcome from the get-go! The shared kitchen and shower room were cozy and clean, and our private room had all the essentials; bed, toilet and TV.

They rang me a t1.30 am when I was fast asleep as somebody had made a noise complaint. This was unnecessary

The mattress was very soft and could be renewed. Didn’t sleep so well. The building is unfortunately badly soundproofed, so every time someone used the door to their rooms I was pretty much awake.

The room held a lot of space for moving around, getting comfortable. It was very clean and I liked that there was free coffee and tea available. The furnishing was lovely and the place was in a fairly quiet area, but still not far from the city Centre.

The too narrow stair that goes down to the apartment.You just need to be careful.

Water pipes made noise as other rooms used toilets. The single glazed windows defeat the purpose of the heating and so it was colder than it should have been.

I was expecting a bath and a "flat screen TV" as described in the advert. There was no phone signal in the area so I ended up walking around just to make a phone call. (Would still visit again because once you're in the room there's wifi)

Room descriptions a bit confusing. We didnt know it would be basement with tiny stairs to the property. Bathroom was clean but very dusty floor radiator and scurtings. Room deposite not explained in the booking process so a bit of a surprise just before coming.

The room was spacious with a private kitchen and shower. Comfy bed and quiet during the night. Warm with a fully working rads.

our key card was not in the allocated spot so a member of staff had to come by the house to retrieve it but didn’t take longer than half an hour and they were really nice. also bedroom didn’t have a bin in it & was a little chilly.

The street is narrow and crowded. Entrance is bad as it is cellar. No parking is a big disadvantage
