There was nothing we did not like - only things that I would have added - like a fire in the living room, and lamps but I understand this is not practical in a rental, so not a criticism.

The rooms, space, bathrooms, and kitchen were really lovely. The extra shower room downstairs was a real bonus. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean, and stylish. The house was well equipped throughout

the accommodation had everything we needed it was not far from town and the beach. the house was spotless and smelt clean and refreshing when we arrived. would recommend to all my family and friends.

The bbq is a charcoal brickette bbq and feel it would be helpful to have a propane or gas bbq instead. (Especially for rainy weather which unfortunately we had most of our stay.) We could not use the bbq because of the weather. Parking for a larger car (SUV) was challenging but we made it work when parking was not available on the road. Can be a tight squeeze for larger size vehicles. Would recommend a booster for the Wi-Fi on the main floor, especially near the front of the house, the dining room and lounge area. Wi-Fi was much better on the upstairs level of the home. Nothing major, just a friendly suggestion about a booster.

It was a lovely home and comfortably accommodated our family. The number of bathrooms were excellent! Good location to amenities, the beach, John Street in town and access back out to the motorway for touring to other destinations and cities nearby. There is a Londis convenience store across the street which made it handy for food, drink and papers. Thanks for making our stay in South Wales a lovely one.

The location of the house is great for the coast, harbour and Royal Portcawl Golf Club. It is a good sized house for a party of 6 . Very spacious with good layout and tasteful decor.

Parking really is only suitable for 1 small car, although street parking was not too problematic for the other car. The 3 bathrooms are all showers (no bath) - wasn’t an issue for us in the end but when we booked we thought there was a bath for the kids

Access to the parking area was a little tight but manageable.

The property had everything you could possibly need. it was clean and tidy and having stayed in many like this, it was a high spec I would expect and it certainly delivered.

Parking is a nightmare

The place was very spacious and clean! We even used the barbecue facilities the have !

Parking was difficult as on a busy main road with double yellow lines directly outside. Nearby street to park had cones up reserving residents spaces. The parking space that came with the property is down a very small lane around the back so we were thankful that one of the cars we took was a clio! Other family member had to park their car quite a way away. If you're visiting with a small child, take a pop up black out blind as none of the windows had curtains, just blinds which let a lot a light in.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. House was lovely and big and very tastefully decorated. 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite, and a twin room. Really close to Porthcawl front and had the weather been nicer we would have walked there! We visited in March, summer would be great here as nice big garden to have a bbq.

Wonderful House in a great location. There were 7 of us. House was so clean and well equiped. The freezer was stocked up with ice cubes which was a bonus as she stayed during a heat wave. Will be back again x
