A security light might possibly be useful outside just for safety going up and down the steps when it’s dark.

Beautifully decorated, everything we needed was there to self cater. Comfy beds. Really excellent quality accommodation!

Was worried before about parking but needless; very easy to park outside on the road outside property.

Great location in Eastbourne near beach and easy walk or drive to local attractions too. A last minute booking very swiftly dealt with with all the details needed for our stay immediately. Lovely clean space, spacious and very comfortable and all at a reasonable price. Lots of takeaways and convenience stores in walking distance to get supplies and food. Despite being in large residential area, very quiet away from main road.

The single beds need new or better mattresses and better quality bedding perhaps. Only one key available. 2 would be better. In that either one locked the front door ( unsafe if a fire or emergency) I always go out for an pre breakfast but my friend stays in bed. The name implied a sea view or beach view there isn’t. The tv reception was poor.

Loved this apartment, bigger than I thought, nice & quiet plenty of space for 4 adults even my sister & chap would of been able to stay if I had known as plenty of room. I liked the way the bedrooms wasn't close together especially if you have the kids. Comfy beds nice kitchen to sit in for breakfast. Rooms decent size as was the living room. Loved the bits & bobs around the flat and they left sachets of tea, coffee biscuits etc which was great. Parking no problem. Location superb near to the beach left from house and left again. Beach kitchen café on the way delightful food not greasy café food. You can also get the bus at the end of the road into town center but only 15 min walk. Crown & Anchor pub at the back of Shore view hotel lovely food & events. Right 1st left & right to Chinese, fish & chip shop & Tesco express which came in handy. Would love to come back as near to Treasure Island which is brilliant for the kids. Didn't bring my dogs but marvellous its dog friendly as very clean. Loved it all and will be back if not this year definitely next year and stay for a week. Thanks for a fab stay. Forgot to write in book but handy to read as that's how I found Tesco Express.

The cooker didn't work very well and the kitchen window didn't open but this was a minor inconvenience which didn't put us off as we extended our stay!

Beautiful apartment a short walk from the beach and lots to do for children. The air show was on during our stay, which was wonderful

Settee not very comfortable - a bit hard.

We had everything we needed in this well located flat. It's very quiet and beds are comfortable. Settee not so comfortable - a bit hard. We had no trouble parking outside the flat. We liked being near the sea & there's a good bus service nearby to town centre

The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival. The beds were so comfy, which we needed after a long drive! The kitchen was well equipped and we really had everything we needed. The central heating was great and very appreciated after a chilly walk on the beach! We loved 11B and would definitely recommend!

TV signal on free view was very weak, therefore TV not available throughout stay, we had an iPad and made do with that but it is expected that a TV should be in full working order at all times to not be, is just unacceptable in todays market. draw I. kitchen was hanging off and note was left advising that it needed attention. empty sweet wrappers under bed in 2nd room.

location was good, (once found) property was well furnished and comfortable for a short stay.
