The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and perfect for our stay. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the railway station, York attractions, restaurants and shops. Katy met us with the keys on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent property, clean and luxurious. Lovely host who met us there with the keys, great communication throughout the booking. Good location, everything about this property has been thought about and provided for. Will definitely stay again when in York, this is the best property we have stayed in anywhere.

Communication with host was excellent, description of property was exact . Provided everything we needed and more . Was told we didn’t need to take toiletries , cleaning items so we knew in advance not to pack them . Breakfast on first morning was lovely .

There was nothing to fault

Ideal location! Close to everything I wanted to do and see! The apartment was equipped with more than expected. It was lovely and warm on arrival. Spacious, comfy beds! We visited in December and had a Christmas tree in the apartment which I thought was a lovely added touch! There was no outside noise! Everything was absolutely spotless. 100% recommend to friends and family.

The contact from Katy prior to our stay and the meet and greet at the property was first class! The apartment could not be faulted and we had a very enjoyable stay. It is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would love to return. The location was excellent to access all that York has to offer.

Very close to Centre of York, but nice and quiet, very comfortable luxury apartment, everything you need, a home from home. Great having the secure parking too. Katy the owner is great to deal with, a fantastic host and couldn’t be more helpful. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean too.

We would have loved more soft beds. But I think for 90% of the people they are ok.

Very clean, comfy and had everything we needed..and more. Walking distanse to all we wanted to see in the city. Close to food shop and train station. Lovely owners who came to met us and we got a late check out😊 We hope to be back.

The only thing I didn't like was plastic spoons and spatulas for cooking however that's because I'm a chef. I want to point out the layout of the kitchen and the cooking facilities were superb and you could quickly cook yourself a nice meal. With local shops, just 2 or 3 minutes walk away.

The location for restaurants and attractions is superb. It is also really quiet. All the attractions are within easy walking distance. I recommend the train museum and it's a lovely walk from the apartment especially on a Sunday.
