The wifi didn’t work and didn’t have very good signal. Needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The property was not clean, mould in the shower, not been hoovered for ages, stained bedsheets. was very unimpressed. The house itself was hard to find as it was mapped wrong on Google maps. We would have struggled even more if it was a dark. It was also really difficult to find the keys, figure out the right door etc.

It was a good location for us, free parking and a big space. good value.

Only a few minor issues: There was no sugar & washing-up liquid. McDonald's rubbish left in the bin underneath the sink. Dirt marks on the floor near the bed opposite the main door & dead spider on the bathroom floor. .

I would have liked it a little bit cleaner.

It's a comfortable little apartment, with a really nice shower, equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. Super easy check in/out. Really close to the train station reading west.

Forgot towels and tissue which were brought later. Wardrobe had been moved to the other side and was covering the sockets by the bed. Add body wash.

Cleanliness could have been better, and the place had an odd smell. Bed isn’t long enough for a tall person like me. wifi wasn’t working, so was given code to use wifi from neighbouring unit, which had a very weak signal.

Peaceful location, with great pubs nearby. Apartment has fridge and microwave.

Standing in the overflowing drains at the rear of the property whilst trying to get the key from the lock-box (which wasn’t marked clearly).

All the mod-cons to allow me to be self-sufficient. The property was clean and towels were provided.

The bed was not comfortable. Only had one flat pillow each and bed was not at all firm, you could feel springs in the mattress, it was also a small double. Probably wouldn't be too bad for one person but you could feel every movement of the other person, exacerbated by the fact we couldn't move further away from each other.

Great location for us (nearby friends and walking distance to town centre), off street parking available, very quiet, exceptionally clean, having kitchen area and equipment was perfect for us as breakfast places are always closed when we wake up.

No information now to use tv ,could not get the normal channels, shower head was blocked and water was all over the place,bin was half full when we got there,freezer was thick ice and had food in there .needs a good dust on tops .

The bed is a little small for two people, but we managed it.

Our room was nicely arranged and very clean. I really liked the shower; good pressure and I could make it quite hot. The room itself and the bathroom is not so big, but met our expectation as the price was very fair. TV has a Netflix app and all inputs are reachable, so you can connect whatever you want. WiFi was also available and pretty good as the router was in the room. There is a small shop nearby that has everything we needed - soap, tp, frozen pizza... Getting the keys was no problem and we could get our 2-day covid test sent to the hotel location and received it without any problems.

Apartment had had a very quick surface clean at best. Underneath the toilet seat had not been cleaned for months. No hand soap, but 2 empty bottles were left. Just the end of one toilet roll left No washing up liquid TV remote did not match TV therefore had to keep turning on and off to get the menu up to

I did not like: - that the communication with the host was awful. I did not recieve any instructions on how to gain access to the property before arrival. No one met me there. When I tried to call, it rang out twice. I then finally got a text explaining how to enter after being stood outside in the rain for 15 mins. - the first room I was given was not actually the room I had booked and had clearly not been cleaned: The sheets smelled dirty and there were pubes in the bed. Bathroom and surfaces were also very dirty. - the 'correct' room I was given (after sending photos of pubes in the bed and poopy toilet to the host) was also very poorly cleaned, everything was dusty and grimy. The bathroom was filthy, there was faeces around the toilet and on the walls even. - the mattress quality was very old and poor. It was sunken and the springs were poking up. - I had to clean the surfaces, the toilet and the bathroom sink myself before I could feel comfortable using them. - the fact that the room had kitchen facilities but yet no utensils or cutlery. It was like a show kitchen. - the bed is facing opposite the washing machine. It felt like I was sleeping in a kitchen (which I basically was). - I slept very poorly because the noise from the fridge combined with the sunken pokey mattress kept me tossing and turning. - the fact that the host did nothing to try to reimburse me but kept blaming the cleaner. I only had a very little amount of toilet paper which I used up cleaning the toilet. I then had to rely on my pocket tissues. - the shower drained very poorly and had a foul smell coming from it - I did not get a refund. It was definitely not value for money and I think I should be reimbursed for giving the toilet the only cleaning it's had in a long while.

Uncomfortable bed with no mattress protector! Dirty bathroom which was so dirty it was usable.
