The outside door code took several attempts before opening. There was only one glass mug, one bowl and one large plate so if having breakfast in the room or any food you had to take turns. Also only one bath towel plus two hand towels.

-There was no sheet to use on sofabed, and spare duvet and pillows had no slip covers. There were only 2 larger towels. We had booked for 3, so would have been aware we would need/use them. - Could smell cigarette smoke when entering and was stronger in the shower room.

Directions to find the Studio apartment were good, as was the advice for nearest parking place, as there is no parking with the apartment. Parking at £10 for 24 hours was a good price. Studio was nicely decorated. Simple, but stylish. It was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Good storage space and a good number of hangers. 2 full length mirrors. Would be useful to have a couple of shelves to right of sink in shower-room to put make up and toiletries on. Was in a good position centrally, but meant it was a bit noisy in lane below.

My neighbour was shouting for about 3 hours on the first night. On the second evening he started again and I felt brave enough to ask him very politely if he would be quiet. Then they were digging up the road outside for about 2 hours! They stopped about 10.30.

No luggage storage, no TV, slow response from the property and there is a washing machine and dryer but I cannot use it. The view from studio 2 is garbage bins

Room smelling of cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. Smoke also evident as soon as entering the main entrance to the property. Razor & rubbish in the bedside drawer. Dirty bed sheet in a pile in the wardrobe. Studio could have a TV or speaker to connect music.

Location was excellent. Decor was good and facilities very good. Reasonable room rate.

A superb location with a multi story carpark near by which was not too expensive. I had missed getting sent the entrance code but that was my fault as I'm not very IT savvy but I was contacted swiftly and got in ! The room was very clean and had all we needed for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for a good sleep. We would book this accommodation again, We reguarlly have to visit for graduation ceremonies!

Not enough tea coffee and milk for an overnight stay. Heating too high.

Nice clean room, good place to stay over night. Room gets very hot though through the night, it would be good if you could control the heating yourself. Comfy bed, hot shower.

The appartment is located in between the old town of Coventry, very calm and nice neighbourhood. The inner city is a minute away. The self-check-in was easy, the room was clean with modern furnishings and the bed was comfortable. All in all a really nice place to spend some nights.
