    “It was a fantastic breakfast. A special mention for the bacon and the sausages we were given. Absolutely delicious. We, and the other guests, were seated at a communal, large dining table (with a beautiful garden backdrop) This gave us the bonus of a good natter over breakfast with the other people staying at the house. Everyone agreed that the house, food, gardens, service and hospitality was superb. The bedroom was great. Really comfortable bed. Great en-suite (with a powerful, hot shower) the room was large and well lit. Great views over the garden and a good peaceful night was enjoyed. Can’t speak too highly of the guest house. My wife and I would recommend it to anybody planning a stay in Melton Mowbray or, as in our case, looking for a place to stay en-route to somewhere else. My profile, however seems to indicate that I’m from the USA…. I’m not, I’m British. I’ll try and get that amended.”
