    “This is wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is of a consistently exceptionally high standard. 'Dexter's Souffle' on the breakfast menu was a joyous way to start the day and the filet steak served at dinner was an absolute feast for the taste buds. Highly recommended. Laugharne may be famour for the poetry of Dylan Thomas but there is poetry of a diffeent sort being created daily in the kitchens of Brown's Hotel.”
