The location is situated not far from a hospital so the ongoing sounds of emergency vehicle sirens becomes rather annoying.

It is a modern trendy layout - the bed is probably not ideal for older guests due to difficult access. Staff were fantastic.

The smoke alarm that was triggered twice by other customers in the middle of the night during sleeping time.

Modern touch and commodious room. Most of the staff were welcoming especially Dacha, Rachel, and the Managers. Managers on duty: Dina, Thomas, and Jerome were very professional and delivered optimal customer service.

Cleaning service could be better in my opinion. For instance, we found rice leftovers on the plate inside the microwave, and the room is not cleaned until the third day of your stay(by the way they forgot in the bathroom the cleaning product the day they cleaned 😀 ) The magnetic card works quite well as a key for the door room, but definitely not to be used to use the lift(something compulsory if you want to use it).We were not the only one who had some issues with it as we could see with others guests. They are just some minor issues anyway. The hotel is great, very comfy bed,spacious room, very stylish, and the staff is quite nice Just put those minor issues as the price is not cheap, and therefore you expect a little bit more,but nothing serious to complaint.

Easy to get around Paris as right opposite a metro station. The loft room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. Amenities were good including a small gym, bar and restaurant on site, laundry services for a fee. Easy checkin and checkout process with a electronic system. Great value for money in Paris especially.

There were clumps of hair sometimes on the floor, the dishes weren’t fully clean, the shower floor was a bit dirty when we arrived.

The loft was super comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were accommodating - my room was available even though I arrived in the morning. There are some lovely shared spaces and restaurant upstairs. I was able to store my luggage.

Everything from the first emotion to the last was perfect. A really cozy, modern hotel with a touch of Paris at the same time. The room has everything you need. The administrator was polite and very welcoming, and the general staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great! The size was just right. The bed was wonderful. It feels like sleeping on a cloud! The cleaning was almost perfect. The most important thing I appreciated was how close the metro stop is, just walk across the street! I left there with nothing but positive emotions and I can't wait to come back to Paris and stay again at Zoku!

It feels very home-y and also I love that the resturant and bar is right in the building so if you’re feeling lazy you can just go there. The food and drink selection was very good and the decor is wonderful! Bonus points for good wifi.

Fire alarm went off at 1.30am, we all had to evacuate, the security guys didn't speak any English at all and their instructions for "you can go back to the room" where vague and unclear. The hotel did not proactively take the step to compensate the customers for the issue. They gave us a free drink when issue was raised at the desk

The hotel is opposite Paris Tribunal and the Paris ring road. You can't hear the road but on the weekend the area was a bit dead and there is a fair amount of construction very close to completion nearby.

I stayed in a loft, and it was very efficiently designed and very stylish. What I liked most was the wall to wall windows that looked out onto a soccer pitch. The communal areas are very cosy and a good place to relax outside your room. I ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was great and fresh. The hotel is close to two subway lines and a RER station and my room was very quiet. No street noise.
