We were excited for the arcades but most of them did not work properly so we were disapointed.

We liked the video games themed decor. We had access to a lot of boardgames. The room was clean and the beds confortable. The location is perfect, a 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tour.

Poor air circulation in the room, window was not opening fully. Air condition was working in heating mode I think. I couldn't changed it. There wasn't any drink at the room even water. No electronic device exist(it can be understandable for some reasons). At least there should be a bottle of water in the room. The hotel price was quite expensive.

Room was big enough for 2 people. It was quite clean. Hotel location is perfect. It's near to Eiffel tower just 5 mins by walk. Hotel lobby was looking enjoyable for everybody :). Staffs were helpful and they always had a smile on their faces.

Bathroom requires refurbishment (it feels 12-15 years old). Also, when the hot water system needs recirculation pump (you've had to wait 30-50s for hot water to flow). Room door was completely inefficient against noise coming from the coridor. Breakfast was a bit limited and didn't have a decent variety of healthy options. We only tried it on the first morning, afterwards we decided to eat at the nearby bakeries.

Location is great, within walking distance from attractions. The room was quite spacious with 2 bunk beds and it could easily accommodate a family with 1-2 small children.

The hard floor in the room didn't feel very cosy.

The staff spoke very good English. The location was great and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Room itself was OK, but not for too many nights due to it's size. Also it was quite dark in the room. No light near the entrance area.

- The bathroom in our room didn’t have a window so it had a weird mouldy smell. - Children under 16 are not allowed to play pool (even with their parents).

Lovely, cozy hotel with comfortable beds and fun layout for the children. The playarea and arcade were very useful. We enjoyed our time there.

Although the breakfast is good and they have a great omelette (among other good dishes), they don't serve any vegetables or fruits (except for some cut fruit that you can mix with fresh yoghurt)

The height of the toilet. Im 5’6” but still the toilet bowl was too high when sitting down. :-)

There weren't many amenities in the room. No fridge , no water , difficult to regulate the temperature.

Central location close to the Eiffel Tower on foot, plenty of space to organize your clothes, fantastic if you're traveling with kids

The air conditioning wasn't great. It was quite hot when we stayed (25 degrees) so the room was very hot, especially the bunk beds and the AC wasn't very effective. Fortunately it was much cooler at night so opening the window made sleeping ok but if it had been the height of summer I imagine it would have been unpleasant.

We stayed in a 5 person room (2ads + 3ch age 9, 9 & 11yrs). It was a great room and one of the only properties we could all fit in. The location was fantastic, 15mins walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10mins from the metro so super easy to get around and a great base to explore the city. The lobby of the hotel had free arcade games, pool table and board games so great entertainment for the children. The staff were super helpful when I left something behind and had to have it couriered to my next location.

Not as many restaurant options nearby compared to other locations. The room is quite small if you have a lot of luggage.

Our children enjoyed the bunk beds and that each bed had it's own light, privacy screen and charging ports. they also enjoyed the games in the lobby area. It was a short walk to the Eiffel tower, a shopping centre and public transport options.

Access to the hotel reception area / lobby was a little restricted (exposed steps or very small elevator) for a large group with luggage and was neither intuitive nor well signposted (at all).

Location was excellent for our purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful. Friendly family vibe was really appreciated.

The area of the hotel is a bit far from the metro stations, not a problem but at night the walk is a little dark and not a lot of people in the area.

It was a big room, with good lighting and view. Lots of amenities! Staff very welcoming, even with little treats.

The AC was not working on our First room, it was hot.

They moved us from our initial room as the AC was not working.

There's some incidents that I cleared with the staff on the day of our check in. I hope they will take some steps to prevent those kinds of incidents. They should clean or check the room thoroughly.
