Description of rooms on booking.com might be a little confusing, I was expecting a room with a bath tub but there wasn’t one in the room. Could be my misunderstanding but rarely I make an error.

It has all the characteristics of a boutique hotel. The entire experience from arrival to departure was impeccable. Great facilities on site, bar / breakfast / lunch / dinner space. Carries a French flavour to the entire property.

Our room was tasteful and beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the walk up the stairs, loved the blend of history and modern technology. Love the staff, breakfast, dinner, the bar. The whole place was quality and so worth it.

Adrian at the front desk gets five stars from me. Welcoming me with a tea in the garden, cooking me a delicious steak for room service and even racing with me to catch a taxi to the train station. Unfortunately, my train was delayed by five hours so I missed New Year's Eve in Paris.

Hotel room was luxurious. Staff were excellent, although woman at front desk often had too much todo as she was coping with both check ins and also restaurant oayment. This resulted in waiting sometimes. Breakfast was great.

Only caveat is there is no on-site car park so you have to leave the car in a public car park few hundred meters away.

Charming boutique hotel completely renewed and modernised but with ‘vintage’ styling. Very nice garden for meals. Very quiet room, pleasant staff.

The location , I visited while their is maintenance so the road was blocked The room are small Parking is a bitt expensive The Curtin of the window did not block the sun , it bothers you if you want to take a nap in the mid day

It was quite noisy in the area outside at night, so needed to keep windows / balcony door closed.

Great location to explore Toulouse and very helpful and welcoming staff... went out of their way to be helpful.

Could not fault it but just few little things. The shutters were possibly a little difficult to open and shut. The coffee machine was a little temperamental, a small Nespresso machine would be perfect. We loved the teddy on the bed, very sweet touch.

We loved it all. The staff, the food, the service, the location ,was exceptional and we loved the pool and the courtyard. We will definitely be back to your beautiful friendly hotel. The exceptionally early check in was phenomenal after our long flight. Thank you. ❤️

Fabulous interior design- perfect in fact. Room was beautiful and comfortable. The garden was gorgeous and although we didn’t have breakfast we saw what was on offer and it was amazing! Only missed it because we needed to get to the airport. Would go back for another weekend. Would recommend for anyone wanting to impress a partner!

Loved everything. The breakfast was amazing though it wasn’t included and was quite expensive. However there was so many different delicious things to choose from, you didn’t need lunch! We were a little bit disappointed that they didn’t tell us they serve brunch on Sundays which is an even more impressive spread so we had breakfast and then an hour later they started bringing out the most sumptuous assortment of things and we would def have waited had we known. It was jam packed so obviously has quite a reputation locally!

Great location, rooms really comfortable, hotel had cool vibe and great to have a little pool right in the city and a beautiful peaceful garden with lovely day beds to relax on. We had a street view which was a little noisy on the Friday night thought it was Bastille Day - incredible fireworks by the nearby river and very quiet with the window shut. Might ask for garden view next time.
