Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsYou should keep in mind that even though public transport is close, it will take around 30 minutes to get to the city center, since the apartment itself is on the outskirts of Paris.
Close to RER station and a few bus stops, which is very convenient. Everything about the apartment was as expected, clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked fully equipped with utensils.

AustraliaMy husband and I were happy that we were able to cook our own food anytime we want to. The sink was blocked but when we reported, they had no one to fix it asap. The place is only a 2 minute walk to the Rosa Parks train station. Lidl and Aldi is close by. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly except for one at the reception who charged us 1 euro for a dishwashing tablet. My husband asked for some more liquid body wash as we were staying for 8 days, the other staff gave my husband a few but “Mr G” was stingy and told the other staff to just give us 2. We had to buy our own body wash.

SwitzerlandEverything was fine for us, but I have a small request to the administrations: it would be very nice to have a salt shaker with salt, a pepper shaker with pepper, and dish detergent. It is very inconvenient for the guests themselves to buy this for a week's stay at the hotel. Thank you for your work and hospitality!❤️
The room was nice and comfortable. There was everything necessary for cooking and serving food: plates, pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, a corkscrew. There was a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a stove. The staff is friendly, polite, helped to find the best way to the exhibitions, provided additional towels and toilet paper. Near the hotel you will find a very nice market (closed on weekends), supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Aushan - opening hours 9:00-21:00, weekends 9:00-18:00), nice backery (till 22:00, always fresh croisans). There are bus stops (5 minutes), subway (7 minutes), and a citytrain (2 min). We did not make photos of the room, because the room is as so as on the hotel website photos👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

South KoreaThe room was nice but had some parts that needed to be repaired. Also, the sound of trains was a bit noisy for me. But then I got used to it so it wasn't that big problem. Overall, it was a good stay.
When I was driving on the highway to the hotel(50km more to go), my car stopped and I didn't know what to do. I called the hotel and luckily, I could talk to exceptionally kind receptionist. Her name was Camille and she helped me find the autoshop, even interpreted what the mechanic was saying when he arrived. thanks to her, I could save unnecessary inspection. What could I do when I drove from Germany and my car stopped in the middle of the highway in France, especially when I didn't know anybody there? Camille, I hope you will thrive in your field and get the reward and respect you deserve.

BulgariaOn a personal note, what I didn't like was that we stayed in the hotel for 6 days, and not once did they replace the towels and beddings. As I travel quite often, it was the first time that no one visited the room to clean it. Apart from not changing the beddings and towels, even our trash bin was not replaced, which I personally find unhygienic. Another drawback we encountered during our stay was that on New Year's Eve, the hotel had no hot water, making bathing quite challenging on this worldwide-celebrated day. I went down to the reception, informed them that we had no hot water, and asked about the issue. Unfortunately, it was indicated that there was a problem within the hotel itself. In this case, they left the entire hotel without water, which was not ideal. Unfortunately, they did not offer any compensation or apology for this inconvenience, such as a complimentary breakfast or drink, as a gesture of apology.
The hotel was located less than a minute away from various public transportation lines, making its location very convenient, and the access to the city's most popular attractions was very quick. Around the hotel, there were many grocery stores, eateries, and other amenities. The greatest convenience was that we arrived at 11:00 AM, well before the check-in time. They offered us the service to leave our luggage at the hotel and return for check-in after 3:00 PM, which was extremely convenient for us. This luggage service was also helpful upon our departure since we needed to vacate the room by 10:00 AM, and our flight was at 11:00 PM. They assisted us with this option once again. Another aspect that I liked was that the reception was open 24/7, and the staff was exceptionally kind, responsive, and friendly. The room we were accommodated in was very cozy, spacious, and clean. We had a space with a kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with all amenities. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it; I will come back again!
