Never staid in a room were you don’t have any reception. I have to say everything worked really well. The entrance of the building is great the room was perfect it is small but well decorated with everything you need. Super central highly recommended.

The steep spiral stone staircase!! We were on the 5th and top floor. No lift. This wouldn’t suit unfit or people with orthopaedic issues. We are 72 and managed with care. Be sure to read instructions re access before arriving. We hadn’t done that, and needed assistance from a young couple. We also helped another couple access their room later! Extra towels would have been helpful for a 4 night stay. After day 3 they could be changed on request. Only 1&1/2 towels per person.

Position is brilliant. Quiet despite being in city centre. Easy 20 minute walk from main train station with luggage. A few minutes walk to the Old Port. Clean and modern.

There is no lift in the building. Two small tubes of shampoo were provided but nothing more.

The location is amazing, very close to the old port. The terrace of the Suite 11 is big and lovely, with lots of sunshine.

As people say, the place is by the horribly loud street, all night long. No place to put some staff in the shower. I didn't see any shop close by. Cosmetics I got were all dirty and I had an impression someone else used them and bottles were reused. Price was also high and it isn't even season yet.

Great location, everything new, stylish, modern, contactless check in, great stuff always responding for questions. You have all what you need, towels, comfy bed, hair dryer, shower gel, some tea and coffee, sockets by the bed. Big space, big shower, good amount of toilet paper. :) Please remember that you after pressing all numbers of the code on your door you must press a locker because that was missing in the instruction.

The room was superb and just what we needed! We loved the kitchenette and the balcony. The location was great, in a quieter street not too far from the port.

Perfect location to explore Vieux Port area full of shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the very popular and characteristic Le Panier district. Clean, staff available to answer very promptly.

Maybe there could be more room for clothes, it’s perfect for a weekend or few days but perhaps a struggle for longer. We didn’t cook or eat in, but there’s no dining table if that’s what you want to do.

Perfect situation in a calm and safe-feeling area with lots of super coffee shops round the corner and good restaurants within easy walking distance. Also close to Vieux-Port, taxis and buses. Lashings of hot water, comfy bed, fridge for rosé… The staff we saw were cheerful and helpful. Code entry for doors reassuring.

Quite a few stairs to the top apart, this is me trying to find some fault though as there really wasn’t one, just might be a few too many stairs for elderly people but just a lil tiring for us

The door was extremely hard to open on many occasions. Some times we tried for numerous occasions till we muscled our way in. After inspecting the kick my husband found a blue piece of plastic had been left in the inside of the lock causing it to stick and be nearly impossible to open the door. Also if we couldn’t get in we had no way to contact the owner and language barriers are a huge problem. Might be better having an interpreter service or someone we can connect with when in other countries?

Location was fantastic. Wonderful spacious compact room beautifully styled. Very clean. Lovely place to stay! 😊🦋
