Hard to find no street number. Bed very uncomfortable, it sagged in the centre and was too large for the room. There was a large box on the wall beside the bed. I couldn't get out of bed without banging my head. Very painful. Couldn't work appliances or Television need instructions.

Lovely appartment, roomy, clean. Just as it looks in photos. Very close to metro. Incredible view of trocodero and Eiffel tower when leaving appartment.

It is old office space converted into an appartment. Not meant for “living”. They did an ok job, but could add more comfortable sofa for asleeping.

There would be a homeless man sleeping outside the door every night, so it felt a little scary; however, we would just tap on the door and they would leave. This is the only reason I am rating the place 9/10.

The location and how close it was to the Eiffel tower and metro. I like how the grocery store, Franprix, is only a minute a way, just around the corner. Close to cafés and restaurants. Host was very fast to answer with any questions!

Need instructions in English for appliances. AC makes sounds in the night which took time to adjust. Need hooks in the bathroom & toilet.

Walkable to Effiel tower & Arch de Triumph. clean sheets & clean bathroom. booked cab from airport from the checking process which was very nice.

I rated it high because of location and a whole lot of really nice appliances and a comfortable bed. On the downside- the appliances took some effort to figure out how to use (no instructions- had to guess as to how to use everything from washer/dryer to TV, but figured it out with some effort). Finding the apartment street was easy, finding the apartment was a shot in the dark- the apartment doesn't have a number on the door and the street apartment numbers aren't sequential. Lastly, I believe apartment is run by a management company so response time to questions is average, at best.

Apartment is 10min walk to Eiffel Tower (straight down a hill!), at night you could watch the tower light up (from a museum 2 min walk from apartment). Tram is 3 min walk from apartment (tram tickets are down right cheap compared to Germany, sweet). Very comfortable beds, twin bed in separate room. The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen with stove, microwave, fairly large refridgerator, dishes/silverware/cooking pans, TV, couch that turns into a comfortable bed (son slept there). There is a grocery store around the corner (maybe a 2 min walk)- so, so nice.

Would have been great to be able to dim the spot lights in the living room area as it was too bright, perhaps an additional lamp would have been welcomed.

Rooms were in the first floor. So there is traffic and very noisy.

Perfect location to see the Eiffel tower. Grocery and cafes are just around the corner. Kitchen has everything You need.

The living room air conditioner was with leaking water when we run it. Television remote battery need to be changed. Also we could not operate the television.

It is a prime location near to Eiffel tower. We liked very much.

The apartment is on a small size, for 2 ppl it would be perfect. I would like to have windows too.

Owner is wicked. Holding my deposit for 2 months and threatens to not release it until I change my review. The entire apartment was deceiving and was not renovated properly. Everything was broken and the walls were coming off. Wifi was not working and the the tv was broken! Would never stay here again

We only stayed for one tonight, so didn't think about bringing toiletries, which there could have been more of easily. Mainly the small size, and very lacking clothes storage (no wardrobe)- so fine if you don't plan on spending too much time there - which is likely in Paris to be fair.

Location is excellent only 2min walk to Eiffel Tower. Explored the Passy area away from the main roundabout and found some brilliant patisseries. There is a little grocery store close by and a creperie over the road. Also close enough to wall to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées.
