How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

More evening food options woukd have been nice, but not essentisl
The reception staff were exceptional, friendly, informative and ready to help. One in particular, (although I didn't get his name), checked us in and was readily available for any other help we needed the rest of the stay. I would reccommend the venue based on his service alone

Very convenient location as we were stuck in CDG waiting for luggage and atmosphere great. Young helpful staff nice bar and food simple but good. Breakfast amazing and price very good value

It would have been wonderful to find a kettle and a few tea bags in the room. After a long day exploring Paris, we would have loved the opportunity to unwind with a cup of tea in the comfort of our room.
The hotel is conveniently located in the airport vicinity, accessible from Terminal 2 via the airport shuttle to the Pr stop, followed by a 10-minute walk to reach the hotel. Upon our arrival at 8 o’clock in the morning, we stored our luggage at the hotel, spent the entire day exploring Paris, and checked in late at night. The staff proved to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were pleasant, tidy, and provided a comfortable stay.

The room was warm and despite putting the a/c on 18 the temperature did not decrease. It is possible to open the window but that will give some more noise from aircraft taking off. Best to open window most of the day and only close it when going to sleep.
Easy to get to the hotel from the airport with free public transport. Modern interior similar to other hotels in Moxy chain. Breakfast is good with various options available. Rooms are well insulated from outside noise from the airport. Smooth check-in process with possibility to check in late.

The dinner menu wasn’t the French experience I was eagerly anticipating. It was largely pre-cooked and I had to microwave my own dinner. As I am someone in their seventies this approach to dining is unfamiliar and alien. I chose a pizza which is as unFrench as you can get. T
I chose this hotel for its proximity to terminal 2E at CDG. I drove there from northern England. Finding it was a challenge but there was free car parking. Everything was available and of good quality. It took half an hour to get to arrivals for terminals 2E, which was fine.

Toilet could be cleaner, quite a few stains
I was looking for a reasonable hotel at the airport and this is exactly it, you can get there from the airport with a tramway for free which is convenient. The lounge and the bar are quite nice as well.

Only one night stay, with ongoing flight next morning. Because of arrival flights rescheduling, I arrived much earlier than expected. They allowed me access to my room and generally were very good. The Moxy is close to the airport and easy walk from CSGVAL train station to hotel. Room was comfortable. I would recommend.

Breakfast has room for improvement, the scrambled eggs weren't great, no fruit, no toasts.

The catering staff does not seem very efficient, breakfast is chaotic : no cutlery, food is not replenished, the coffee machines seem to be complicated to be refilled. I was told hot drinks were available at all time but this is very restricted. Drinking water is available but no glasses with it.
The Moxy is a very comfortable hotel.

Bit out of the way/hard to get to. FORCED to pay €5.40 Paris "city tax" despite being nowhere near/not going into Paris itself - THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! Room temperature a bit too hot for my liking with no way of cooling it down. Fan on AC unit is noisy and cannot be shut off.
Bed was comfortable, room *RELATIVELY* quiet from an external standpoint (see didn't like below), good pressure and temperature in the shower, free half a pint of beer or small glass of wine on arrival.

Lobby area is supposed to be hip, but it's actually just chaos with long lines at check in and confused people looking for overpriced food.
Perfect location for Terminal 1. Nice rooms with Chromecast function on TV.

It is close to the airport. It's worth to sleep there if you have a flight early in the morning. The hotel room is big enough with all the facilities! A good place to stay.
