An odd musty smell in the stairwell. Would have liked a handrail to hold onto when descending the stairs.

Very comfortable and elegantly decorated. A real home from home. Just a few minutes walk to town center. Freshly baked muffins for breakfast were a nice touch. Friendly welcome.

Leeann and Guy are fabulous hosts. Leeann met us with the keys and provided all the information we need about the property and surrounding village. every morning she dropped off a breakfast treat for us. She and Guy were there to say goodbye and see if there was anything else we needed before continuing on our trip. AMAZING!

The host was very attentive, gave us lots of information when we picked up the keys and responded very quickly through the Booking.com chat feature. The property was lovely and had everything we needed, including fans! This property is perfect for a family or two couples. Very well decorated and maintained and right next to the main square. We couldn’t ask for more from our host and would highly recommend!

Eymet's a cool little town with lots of great restaurants. The apartment isn't far from the main square, which is sweet. I loved everything about it, from the comfy apartment to the super-friendly welcome we got from Leeann. The apartment has everything you need, and the bed is really comfy, too. The absolutely only thing we would have really loved was outside space for us to enjoy our breakfast/ a glass of wine (or two) in the evening. This is an impossible ask due to the actual structure and layout of the property. It is a wish, but impossible for Leann and Guy to achieve.

Leann is an exceptional host, so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, she is truly a perfect host. Coffee was ready in the coffee machine, a lovely box of goodies was there for us on arrival. Even shower gel in the shower, we could not have asked for more.

We liked everything about it.

We absolutely loved our stay in Maison 20. The accommodation was beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a very generous welcome pack. The bathroom was a good size and spotless. Within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants though nice and quiet. Our host Leann could not have been more helpful with tips and advice about the town and the local areas.

Arriving on a sunday meant no shops open to buy provisions so a small welcome hamper with a few basics would have been very gratefully received.

It was our second stay at this property, and this time we chose the 2-bedroom apartment. It was as beautiful, as clean and as delightful as the one-bedroom apartment we used this summer. What we particularly liked was the personal touches such as the “Welcome back” note left in the apartment, and the complimentary bottle of wine + 2 amazing bags of homemade cookies left next to the note. Host really makes you feel welcome, so we really recommend this property! Our kids loved the cookies!!

wow! just wow! this is the kind of apartment you want in every location you stay in. The apartment is well equipped with anything you want for a vacation. It is beautiful. The bed is luxurious. You feel like the princess and the pea sleeping in it. The owners cannot do enough for you. Truly a superb stay. Do order the breakfast. Leeann was an excellent host, was exceptionally knowledgeable about Eymet and the area and makes superb apple muffins. The apartment was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and large, the kitchen/dining/lounge was perfect. The bonus of an air con was greatly appreciated due to the hot weather. The location was within a very short walk to the centre, restaurants, cafés and the market. We always managed to park outside.
