Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNot a dislike, but if you’re without a car I would recommend getting a bike, as the property is ~45min walk from Eymet.
Gorgeous, classic French farmhouse. It was perfect for my stay, very quiet, beautiful location, and Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating. I mentioned I was gluten free prior to arriving and she was more than happy to adapt the breakfast for me, and was ready and willing to help my stay be as comfortable as possible. The property also has all the amenities you need, not the most modern but work perfectly and all in all add to the charm of this B&B

Francethe property is outside of Eymet but a short drive. it’s super quiet with a small farm next door! everything was great, large room with very big bed, lovely living room, large bathroom and the kitchen/breakfast area is perfect.

The room was beautiful, the hosts were FANTASTIC (friendly and flexible) and if you have got a car then the location is ideal. Definitely will be returning, loved it.

Comfortable home from home in the best way. Lovely friendly hosts who welcomed us to their home. The accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. We were not expecting a fully equipped, self contained apartment with it’s own courtyard. Great breakfast too.

United KingdomWe didn't like anything, the whole place has a hygiene problem. Kitchen - I tried to clean the sink because I wanted to clean the plates. When I removed the plug guard, it was black with waste. I can't even looked at it. The microwave was unusable. When I asked how to operate it, I was told just press buttons. Lounge - The whole room was dusty and dirty with cop webs. Bathroom - It had someone shaving blade and toothbrush were left behind. On removing my wife bath robe from the back of the bathroom door, the robe was coved in dust. We found human hair on pillows and bedsheet. Booking.com rated this 8.5. We relied on their recommendation. We are very disappointed. We were happy to pay for one night we stayed but we should be refunded for the other 6nights. This hasn't happened.
