Great apartment on a secluded street by les Carmes near downtown in gorgeous Toulouse. Apartment is spotlessly clean and is fully equipped. Very kind welcome from gentleman Eric - and he was even there to see me off early on a Sunday morning. Classy.

Very welcoming host (Eric). Gave us suggestions on where to eat which proved excellent. Looked after our bags between our checking out and travelling to the airport. Could not have been more helpful.

The courtyard is very chic. The apartment had lots of attention to detail, like pods for the coffee machine, good lighting options, plenty of sockets, and enough towels. There really wasn't anything missing. The area is excellent, and many people told us we were staying in the best area of Toulouse. The apartment is completely silent at night, so you can rest after walking around the city. The hosts were friendly and able to offer recommendations for visiting the city. I would not hesitate to book again.

The room was so comfortable and clean. The property is very near the center of the town but hidden in a quiet little street so there was no noise. Everything in the building was decorated with exceptional taste. The hosts, Eric and Jose, could not have been more helpful and sweet (they are also sexy, which is always appreciated). 10 out of 10

One of windows doesn’t have a curtain/ covering/ shutter so it doesn’t actually get dark in the room at night as the street lamp shines through.

We had the ground floor studio. Good facilities, clean and tidy. A little small but not a problem for us. Good location convenient for the city centre, in a quiet neighborhood. Eric was really helpful, suggesting places to visit in Toulouse. He was a great host.

The hosts were both very kind and friendly, made us feel very welcome and offered great advice of places to go while in Toulouse. The facilities were amazing, everything clean tidy and pleasant. Being in a small gated complex felt very secure and the location was convenient to the city centre. Cannot recommend enough, this was a wonderful experience.
