Gorgeous property and beautiful garden for breakfast. Rooms had everything we needed and more. We had our small dog with us and she was made very welcome.

The owners were fantastic and so accommodating. Perfect location just 10 mins walk from blv. D. Champagne. The style is quirky and you will have to go all in on it. Absolutely lovely host and very helpfull about where to go

We enjoyed the location of the apartment very much. It was >10-minute walk to the Avenue of Champagne as well as the city center. The best part was how quiet and quaint the residential district was while still being accessible to anything you may want to do. Our room had a magnificent view of the town and while it was slightly difficult to navigate the loft area due to the slope of the roof this was communicated beforehand. The owner did not speak any english but was extremely hospitable and kind. He had a translation app ready to go meaning that he could accommodate many nationalities. If you are looking for a very quiet, clean, and charming apartment centrally located to Epernay and Champagne in general this is the perfect spot.

wish apartment had two toilets But I knew it didn’t when we booked, so not a complaint really. Some extra bed pillows ( as opposed to decorative ones) would have been nice.

Breakfast was pleasant, nice selection and all you needed. Apartment very well equipped for longer stay than we were there. And beds were quite comfortable.

Jean-Luc is a great host, very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, very tastefully decorated and spotless, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden. And the breakfast was delicious - plentiful with delicious fresh bread and pastries, coffee, eggs, cheese, ham etc etc. Good also that we were able to park for free in the street very nearby and that La Petalerie is within walking distance of the town and many champagne houses.

Jean Luc was great communicating details with us, and was very accommodating for our early arrival, & to make sure we had parking. He was extremely warm, friendly, & helpful. The apartment was great for our girls' weekend. Breakfast was wonderful too!

Parking was not so great. You had to walk over half a mile to get to a park for the dog. I should have checked more before I booked.

STAIRCASE SLIGHTLY AWKWARD FOR ELDERLY PERSON.

BREAKFAST WAS PRETTY GOOD AND INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. FIRST FLOOR STUDIO ROOM, EXACTLY AS DEPICTED ON THE BOOKING SITE WITH A FULLY EQUIPED NEW KITCHENETTE. GOOD CLEAN ROOM AND QUALITY BATHROOM AND EXCELLENT A/C UNIT HEATING, ALL RECENTLY RENOVATED AND MODERNISED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD IN AN OLDER TERRACED PROPERTY CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF TOWN. FREE PARKING IN THE STREET OUTSIDE.

We stayed in the top apartment, meticulously clean, warm , nicely decorated. Everything you could need . Good bathroom facilities. Fantastic kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable. The host was warm and welcoming. The apartment is a 9 minute walk from the central square.
