Comfy Beds, Nice TV. Everything clean and as expected. Comfortable location. Not too central, something very convenient for those with car that do not want to struggle with parking and traffic in the center!

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. It doubles up as the bar in the evening but range of drinks is limited, better off going somewhere else .

Room was large (we had a junior suite) and had electric shutters to keep out light and noise. Location was ok but there’s not much around, especially out of season. It’s about 30 min easy walk to the harbour. Parking was easy at the hotel but need to book beforehand. Staff are helpful.

Easy and straightforward to find, to communicate with to arrange for parking. Simple but with all we needed, everything was clean and worked. Nice Lavazza coffee machine with Lavazza pods. Lovely terrace with deck chairs, a table and chairs and an ashtray. Great shower. Bathrobes provided, really comfy and clean. Extra blanket available. Nice staff. Restaurants in close proximity. Good self service breakfast.

The hotel was close to beaches but was situated about 5 klm outside the town of sete itself There are buses into town but they finish in the evening approximately 20h30 Impossible to get a taxi when we where there Staff very pleasant

There were not many restaurants around and you couldn't see the sea from the room.

The room was sufficient with a nice balcony out front. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Dont come here if you want to sleep. The top 4th floor has a bar come entertainment area and the music is loud and filters throughout the building. We could not sleep due to the noise which played to atleast midnight.

We had a room with a balcony on the first floor. The room was clean, bed comfortable and plenty of room. A separate toilet to the shower was a nice aircon. The hotel is inn a greet locating and only a 2.5 walk to the centre of town.

Elevator and corridors very narrow for a new born stroller

We liked the location, the size and design of the room/bathroom. We had the junior suite with a small living room, coffee facilities and fridge. We also like the trendy roof top with a large choice of cocktails.

There was a smell of damp or stale water in the room. The receptionist gave us a neutraliser but it made no difference. I think the smell came from the air vents in the bathroom and WC. I found it difficult to sleep unless the window was open.

Using a regular (metal) key for room access, and only one per room, in 2023, is really [negatively] unexpected. First: if any member of the couple having rented wants to live the room, while the other is resting, there is no way to lock the door, as either the one taking the key would lock the partner inside, or the person willing to rest would have to wake up and lock (then unlock). Second: a key attached to a very heavy, impractical for carrying, piece of metal is cumbersome at best. Advice: switch to electronic keys (which you could also tie into the power system, for energy savings)

Minor gripe. I thought the €8 breakfast charge for a toddler was a bit steep. I was under the impression it was free. No other complaints if you call it that.

Very happy with the hotel. Stayed in a family room which was excellent. Very clean. Buffet breakfast was plentiful in choice and reasonably priced at €12.50. Hotel is ideally situated for the beaches nearby with three bus routes in the locality including one going to/from Sete railway station.

The parking was a bit tight, but at least we had parking.

The room was open and bright, the bed very comfy and the bathroom very cute. The balcony facing the ocean had grass carpet which made it totally cozy. The rooftop bar is great, with view over this part of the city. Breakfast had all you need for the day in a small but friendly room.

No pool and with dogs not being allowed on the beach it was difficult to find somewhere to sit and chill in the sun

TV didn't work and they had no intention of getting screensharing or the smart-TV operational. Not great when you just want to relax in the room and watch something on youtube or Netflix etc.

Not very close to the train station but still a beautiful location. Restaurants and the beach are very close. Super friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar.
