The room viewed the road but was on the 5th floor so there was barely any noise

The hotel was conveniently located next to a metro line with which we could reach the main sightseeing spots. All staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good with many different options. Finally, the beds were very good and the room was comfortable and clean.

The room was small but conveniently set up, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very well done - lots of good choices. Trams and trains were just outside the hotel.

Had minor problems with key card that would stop working and have to be reset at the front desk on several occasions.

Great location within walking distance to main areas of Lyon (Bellecour, Jacobins, Vieux Lyon, etc. ) Metro and train station a few minute walk away. Good breakfast facilities. Friendly helpful staff.

The balcony door didn’t lock because it was faulty. I mentioned it on the day we arrived and the next one again. I tried a third time to mention it and never got an answer back. Finally it was never fixed during our stay. Also the breakfast could be better and should include more local products. The cleaning in the public areas of the hotel could be better. In general a renovation would be a good idea, because it would give much better value to the whole establishment.

The room was of a good size and it was generally clean. They were tidying the room on a daily basis. The location was convenient and the bed in the room was also comfortable. Camille at the front desk was very helpful and tried to solve all the issues we had. Generally it was a fairly good stay for the money we paid considering the fact that France is a bit expensive.

My particular opinion, as I have difficulty walking, was that I had to go to the annexe, not in itself a problem,but if the weather had been very rainy I felt apprehensive about crossing the artificial grassed covered walkway, in case it might have been slippery. However the annexe was just as good itself as the main building and there was an extensive and delightful garden. I would certainly choose it again.

The breakfast room is far too small for the size of the hotel. The excellent staff were working so hard to clear the tables and hurry people along to free up space for the people queuing. My plate, cutlery and coffee cup were taken before I was finished and the 2nd day we had to sit with a stranger as we were an odd number of people.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Clean and well equipped rooms. Balcony. Really easy to take public transport. Family of 5 travelled on a 24 hour ticket for 6.90! Good breakfast selection.

the only issue i had was not prepared room for my arrival, i was waiting for one hour to check in, it was a bit confusing, but also i was walking around while waiting so the time passed quickly ;)

i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the stuff is pleasing and kind, the location is quite comfortable, 5 min far away from train station Lyon Perrache. highly recommended))

Walls were quite thin so heard doors and showers from neighbouring rooms.

Location: right next to train station. Facilities: had everything we needed. Water machine in bar area was helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Minor problem with safe. Toilet room was very small.

The website says there's a restaurant in the hotel. There isn't.

Excellent staff, big comfy rooms, nice bed. Bathroom was huge (for Europe). Good breakfast.
