Rooms can be a bit small, but are still fine as well designed. A couple of rooms have direct access doors with other rooms and could be noisy depending on neighbours. We asked to change and staff provided immediately another room.

I think it was a very small room I had as a single, but they say it can be a double. Not if you have luggage. The room was wonderfully quiet at night, the bed was fine. They have superb curtains that cancel out the street lights and sun. I found the doors hard to push open, but I regard this as an anti-fire precaution and am happy. The shower was a marvel of adjustable hot water at adjustable speed. The bathroom altogether was pleasant, though small. I wish I could bring the shower home. I didn’t use the tv or WiFi. Nice personnel, the one request I had was quickly satisfied.

No coffee in the rooms which is fair enough rooms are very small and tight for space but they could offer free coffee in the main lobby. Also a lack of toiletries. They only have a shampoo/body wash in one and no conditioner for hair. Offering these at hotels seems standard these days with airline restrictions on liquids. Also no body lotions available.

Very small rooms and bathrooms. No coffee machine or refrigerator in the room. Small bed. Child cot was broken and not comfortable. Not an easy place to travel with children.

Really nice boutique hotel for ourselves a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the opera and close to the old town cathedral and plenty of restaurants along with underground parking on the doorstep.

The bed room was a bit small But it was fine for a day or two, the shower room was also small, and i can't understand why at this time when we are thinking about, ways of doing our best for the planet, hot water just runs away down the sink ?

It was easy to find from the car park . Staff very helpful and friendly Very smart shower room, very clean with lots of hot water, good to have a left, and a good breakfast.

It was difficult to get in touch with someone past 8pm if you do t have a French SIM card.

It was spotless and exquisitely decorated with great attention to detail. AND the breakfast was really good and satisfying, it had everything from pastures to eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, fresh fruit, which is unusual for hotels in France!

Not really a negative, The rooms are very small. More a comment than a criticism!

Good location with an underground car park a 20m walk away. The hotel is on the edge of the 'old town' which made it ideal for exploring the local shops, cafes, museums, etc. The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated and feels homely. The beds are super comfy. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Rooms are small, was ok for 1 person but a bit tight for 2 people. Rooms facing the road are quite noisy, rooms on the other side don't have a noise issue

Nicely positioned hotel, easy walk into historic centre of Rouen. Clean, well managed and smart decoration of the hotel and room. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite. We appreciated their help booking a table at a local restaurant for an evening meal. Good buffet breakfast.

Bathroom was so small you couldn’t put anything anywhere Road noise. Street noise. Charged for breakfast and was too expensive for what you get. BREAKFAST SHOULD BE FREE !
