Everything was really good.

The room was comfortable and large, bed very comfortable. Bathroom spacious. Dinner was excellent with attentive service, food delicious. A good choice for breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. The chateau was spectacular.

Very nice building. Nice large territory, full of trees. River nearby. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Great restaurant inside. Very friendly personnel. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Even if you take the smallest and cheapest. Enough for two people. Nice spa. Was almost private. Super strong hamam.

I first stayed at this property over twenty years ago, and was pleased, recently, to see that it retained its charm and welcoming service. For a large sized hotel it felt more like an upscale chambre d'hôtes.

We had the sauna booked on Sunday morning, but it was not prepared in advance and was cold. Also there was an electric issue and stopped working. There should be a way to call the reception from the Spa in case of problems.

The WiFi wouldn’t work for the 24 hours we were there. Reliable broadband/WiFi is essential especially when the G4 signal was weak.

Warm, friendly welcoming staff, very clean and food excellent. Chateau located in park land with river running through. Ideal location very scenic. Overall very good subject to comments regarding WiFi.

I have food allergies and the chef prepared my food exactly as I needed , modifying the menu items for me. The food was delicious and the staff could not have been more accommodating to us and our dog.

It is a little tired, there is no air conditioning but we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

A lovely old romantic chateau. It is a little tired and worn but that just added to the charm. The food is very good and we ate there both nights of our stay. Breakfast was a typical continental style which was fine. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds. We visited the Fort de Douamont which was very interesting on our free day. The staff are very nice. Plenty of parking outside in the grounds.

For those who need a wifi, there isn't one in the room.

Great atmosphere. Location next to Meuse river is a big plus. Meuse is the second oldest river in the world so this place has also seen a lot of history. Large rooms with bath tub and high ceilings.

Would be useful to have what food and drink is available during the day listed in the Information folder in bedrooms. Would have been lovely to have been able to relax in the beautiful seating area outside with a light snack eg simple sandwich/ cake on arrival. We did enjoy a pot of tea which came with a little madeleine later- after we saw another couple had this. The seating areas outside are perfect for relaxing in and admiring the well kept grounds.

The chateau and surroundings/ grounds are beautiful. The evening meal was exceptional- very much above expectation. Beautiful extensive parkland . Could cut more paths through long grass to extend pathways. Great welcome by the two extremely efficient ladies who appear to run everything; even serving very competently at dinner. From this perspective the service is outstanding, from just the two people. Owner/manager conspicuous by absence. We will use the beautiful chateau again & again.
