The location was perfect, close to the main street, shops and restorans, close to tbe realstation and about 15 min to the see. We didn't meet the owners but everything was organized good. Thank you.

We were only given one towel each for a 3 night stay so perhaps more towels would be helpful.

Lovely, clean accommodation around 15 minutes walk from Nice old town. The host was very friendly and helpful with check in/out and helped store our bags since we had a late flight.

Everything was fine, there was nothing I disliked.

The room was large enough, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. I particularly liked that we had an electric water boiler, it comes in handy when you need to make tea. The neighborhood seemed very ok. It is really close to the railway station and to the city center. You can also get to the beach on foot, it takes less than 10 minutes to be there. We had no problem sleeping during the night, actually we slept very well, and it was quiet. Right at the groundlevel of the building there is a Carrefour Express, it's very useful when you're a turist and need to make a decent stock of water for a few days. The prices are fair. We had a great stay, so thank you!

Тhe apartment has very good location - in the city center and near to the sea. The place is vey quiet, nice and clear. We had everything we needed. I recommend that place.

We loved it! just a couple of recommendations😉 It wouldn't be bad if the apartment had a clock on the wall, in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel would be useful as well as some cloth or sponge (we were there for 7 days so it's convenient to wipe the sink) and a rubber band when leaving the bathtub or some cloth. The pillows were a little harder than the standard ones... The apartment is very spacious, so a shelf or two in the hallway would also be useful... Also,it seems that the aspirator from our studio is connected to the bathroom from another, so occasionaly a smell could be felt.. nothing much..maybe you can try to fix that..

All 4 apartments are on the 2 floor (no elevator),all new, beautiful, spacious, bright and in an excellent location near the center. The host is very kind and available for all the informations. I recommend it! We will definitely come back!Nice is wonderful!

Shower fittings were a little basic and shower clamp in one high position. No bowls you could use for cereal - ate out of a small saucepan! Funny! No hand soap provided in bathroom. Just tiny gripes. No big problems at all.

Lovely friendly host. Nice room with plenty of space. We always sleep with windows open but this wasn't possible due to nearby restaurants. However, the double glazing really kept the noise out. Air-con there if needed. Good security. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and over/hob cooker. No idea why because who would want to cook in your room near your bed? And Nice has hundreds of great restaurants for all budgets. The building is old - communal areas are characterful but everything was clean.

Very high stairs with no lift, which could be a problem. In our case, Mark helped with the suitcase. It is a good idea to have a clothes rack dryer in the room.

Small but comfortable and clean apartments. The location is excellent in the center, you can walk to the Promenade des Anglais, there is a large supermarket nearby and even a small store on the ground floor of the building. Mark was very helpful and available. Merci!

It would be nice if soap and detergent was provided. Or at least leave in the apartment some of what other guests leave (e.g spices, cooking oil). It would be better from a sustainability perspective, cheaper and more effcient.

The host is nice, flexible and responds quickly to inquiries. The location is great. The place is basic but good value for money. I would go back!

The washing machine doesn't work properly. The host didn't communicate properly how to get the key, etc. so I've been waiting for him for 30 mins not knowing what to do (texted and called him several times)

Poor lighting, very uncomfortable pillows, the shower sprayed water all over the floor, no toilet roll holder, very poor lighting.

Good location, about equal distance from the sea and the train station. A good Lidl supermarket relatively close. Not far at all from the tram stop for the airport. Was perfectly adequate for a short stay. I would describe it as a studio or a bed sit. We appreciated that the owner checked us in personally after midnight due to our late flight arrival.

everything was fine and very nice, except for one major issue that we felt when we left on the morning of the 2nd day. and that we were bitten by bedbugs, which is scandalous. in addition, the wife had an allergic reaction to being bitten, they had to disinfect everything before coming home before we entered our house (rather). we heard that there is a problem in France even in famous hotels, that's why we write this very unpleasant experience. the problem needs to be fundamentally solved !!
