2 single beds pushed together should not be considered a Double in a 5* hotel. Car is valeted off site and takes time to arrive which was never conveyed.

Casual staff in restaurant area / breakfast excellent. Excellent. Front house very good. Room cleaning patchy. Very good when not patchy. Had to ask and follow up. Should not happen on 9000euro+ week

Room was very noisy in the early hours from neighbouring bars. Chaotic 2am fire alarm with no hotel staff around and no mention in the morning from the management after a destroyed nights sleep.

Service from the bar was very poor and in contrast to the front of house staff. Rooms were very small, which is typical of a French ski resort, but not at this price, which was top end.

Great location and front of staff very friendly and helpful. Spa and pool were great. Genuine ski in ski out. Parking outside.

Our room was a bit small but nicely appointed. TV didn’t work. Food and drink seemed a bit expensive but probably in line with the resort average

Nice and unstuffy and contemporary. Great ski in and out location. could not be bettered. Staff were superb.

bar staff were not as friendly as reception. they did not serve drinks to residents after a certain time, bit strange. Seemed reluctant to light the fire each night which was major feature. The whole hotel needs some cosmetic tidy up, scuffs, chips, everywhere, seats tired etc, too many for a 5 star hotel. Plus the carpets where not clean enough. gave a shabby chic look but for me it all needed much more attention and focus for the prices being charged.

Great location, really great team on reception who were super helpful, breakfast team where great.

the room was very small and had no space. restraunt wasn’t very good on a night. room service took 2 hours to come one night. the spa pool was very cold and the sauna wasn’t working properly at times.

I can not say it about the restaurant - food is not good, and you can notice that it is totally not popular. Other restaurants are full, that one is always empty.

Room was very cramped and ill equipped. WiFi awful and room facilities not replenished eg toilet paper also only one free bottle of water for the whole stay between two people. Additionally errors on the charges at check out.

The best location in Valto - ski in and out straight from the ski room. Outside the hotel restaurant when the sun is out is the best place to dine before you get back to the slopes.

TV only shows the news. The bar staff make you feel unwelcome. Very overpriced drinks. I emailed ahead to say that I have a nut allergy. I struggled to eat at the morning buffet because of the nuts across the whole buffet. There are nuts on tables in the reception and even in the SPA. The time I did eat cereal in the buffet I had a reaction from cross contamination.

The rooms are nice although we booked the same room as our friends and it was very different and did not match the description.
