There could have been more signs to find the hotel location exiting the train station.

The beds were a little hard and pillows were not great at all.

This hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Not a bad location and easy access to shops / restaurants.

There are two elevators, but one is broken the whole time we were there which cause long waiting time in the evening.

Great hotel. Super close to train station with great vintage decoration. We stayed in priority room which is super spacious. Bed is comfy. They also provide water filter machine.

Big minus for misleading. The hotel writes that there is a gym available. There is one device with a note saying that the device is not working... And apparently, it has not been working for a long time. There are also 3 dumbbells of 2, 3, and 5 kg. I think it's too small to call it a gym unless it's a treadmill or a bike.

Quite a good location. The hotel is right next to the train station. It has a good breakfast and quite a nice neighborhood where it's easy to find a restaurant or shop.

Breakfast was ok, Seemed a little chaotic and in a small room- needs some new equipment and better signage and some more offerings maybe. An omelette station would have been great. Also didn’t seem like there were many staff at breakfast- was more like the hostesses clearing tables every now and again. Bedroom pillows could use a upgrade and new towels too.

I wouldnt stay in this location again; its right between the neighborhoods in between the train station and freeway. Had to walk through a tunnel in either direction to getanywhere.

Thought mini fridge in room would have milk for tea/coffee which was conveniently provided in room with a kettle. Staff provided upon request instead :-)

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Convenient to have lovely onsite restaurant which had very good food. Spacious high ceiling room with comfy beds, small sitting area, and great rainfall shower. Convenient location next to train, bus and Metro wit lots of restaurants and market in nearby square.

There was construction going on outside my window throughout the first night, which disrupted my sleep, but I am a very light sleeper.

The hotel's location was perfect for us. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and efficient. We had a meal in the restaurant that was absolutely delicious. The room was clean, and the shower was lovely.
