I've been a fan of Fauchon for 20+ years, and our stay was even better than I expected. We got an upgrade to an incredibly spacious and comfortable suite with a view of La Madeleine, but regardless of your room choice, they will tailor the complimentary mini bar snacks to your preference of sweet, savory, or both. Breakfast was extravagant, and we experienced excellent customer service from check-in (over fruity tea mocktails and macarons) to check-out.

The hotel personnel were truly exceptional with a great level of professionalism, a constant smile and unique politeness! We’ve travelled a lot since my husband is a captain - still this hotel was outstanding, winning against competition. On top of the personnel, the food was amazing, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was located at a perfect spot. What an experience overall - thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

Stunning place to stay in a beautiful authentic area in Paris. The treatment is absolutely high end with eye for detail to make you feel like a celebrity. We had the topfloor suite with even a view of the top of the Eifel tower. Definitely have the extensive breakfast brought to your room in the morning and enjoy it with the doors to the balcony opened.

The staff went out of its way—more than at any other property at which we’ve stayed—to make our visit comfortable. The night manager opened wine for us after the bar had closed, the concierge made a very last minute hair appointment for my wife, and the staff never stopped warmly greeting guests. Our room was fantastic with high quality bedding and delicious complimentary snacks.

Only knock would be the shower. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite limited and not what you would expect for a 5-star.

Incredibly attentive and nice staff. They made our trip for the Taylor Swift concert in Paris extra special. The desserts everyday with tea was also an excellent touch. Will definitely stay again.

It is lovely property located in the middle of Oaris within a stone throw on wonderful places! The service from the welcome to departure is excellent, warm and sincere. We got a wonderful welcome from the Manager as well as great tips from the concierge Ali. I will definitely return here on my next vidit

Nothing, everything I used and tried was to a very high standard.

Location was brilliant, right near some of the top attractions in Paris and in a very nice neighbourhood for food and shopping. We get in very late and the night manager arranged for some food for us. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were well looked after. I stayed in a room with view of the Eiffel Tower which was very cool, balcony and view in general were very nice.
