… the breakfast was at a fixed cost and at least for us was maybe a tad pricey. I just didn’t feel like I ate that much. But I could have gotten more than my moneys worth, .

Proximity to transit options, restaurants, and shopping. As well as a 20 minute walk to the quaint old town and its unique features. But just far enough away from the noise of the busy shopping/tourist area. The hotel also offered a diverse and satisfying breakfast, but….

It was very rainy and humid outside during our stay, so the towels didn’t get dry, and we left them in the room to be chanted. But we had to go change them ourselves every time

In truth I don't think the hotel could do more. It is what it is, and within the limitations of what it is, it delivers in spades. As always, it is down to the people who lead. Really lovely.

Staff are superb. Proud of their hotel and so they should be. Absolutely commitment to customer service and ensuring you are well looked after. Makes the UK look very poor by comparison. Breakfast fantastic; great range to cater for all tastes. Great location. This is not a 5* deluxe hotel, but it serves its purpose for two nights - and many swankier hotels could learn a lot from the people who run it. Thank you.

Our bathroom was a wee bit small although perfectly adequate.

Breakfast was lovely and varied. Beautifully presented. Hotel was perfectly situated for sightseeing around the city. Patron and staff were delightful. Visited with Annette and Elfan, we were part of a foursome. Annie Christie

I was disappointed by the size of the room. Probably my fault for not picturing what the dimensions meant.

The staff were delightful and very helpful. While not near the centre the hotel was a short walk to the metro which made things very easy.

If you’re on the “in between” floors you need to walk the stairs as the elevator doesn’t stop there. For us not a problem, but can imagine it’s less handy for disabled people or people with big luggages

Honestly, I was so impressed with the friendliness and resourcefulness of the staff that I have nothing to complain about. I guess the only possible issue for some is there access in the front door is with some steps. There is an elevator inside and it works well but not sure how non-ambulatory persons would handle getting in. But I also didn't ask.

The staff was wonderful = helped with everything, made sure we had everything we needed and were very proactive. Every one of them was top-notch. If we had an issue, they handled it in a positive fashion and everything worked out quite well. It's also well located near restaurants, transportation etc.

10-15 minute walk to the old town, 15-25 minutes to the city hall and shipping and restaurant streets, but nice walk and not an issue. Toilet in a separate part of room so washing hands after use was a little inconvenient but would stay here again regardless.

Beautifully contemporary hotel with a cool boutique vibe.
