Staff were super helpful, I could store my bike in the garage and they helped me book some accommodation on the phone for my next day. The room (single) was very comfortable and with lots of nice details. The location is only 15' walk from the heart of the city.

Personal choice, but breakfast was not as great as they make out. Location is not the greatest, feels like you are in the middle of commercial area.

Great property, rooms are larger than some we have stayed in. Free refills on cold and sparkling water is a nice touch. Wewould stay again if in the region.

Everything was very good. We didn't have breakfast but when we passed the spread it didn't look too appetising.

The bed was very comfortable, the toiletries were lovely, the hotel was new, very nicely finished, spotless and smelled lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was great value and in a quiet area.

Good location near the river with a nice walk to the main centre. Staff very helpful and very good English spoken all round. Parking worked a treat underground once checked in with the room key.

The only thing that l didn’t like was the time to be check into the property. It took us 2 hours to be checked in, normally it should be 2pm.

Negative: the price was a bit out of our budget, but it was worth it.

In the end, it's all about people. We were treated with great care by the staff, who made us feel at home. They even went so far as to save "our room" a week later when we passed through the city again, at the end of our trip, on our way home. What more could you want from a hotel than the feeling of being welcomed and at home? We loved it and will be back.

The o ku thing l didn’t like about my booking was the time taking to let’s us into our rooms. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but we remained outside until about 4pm before we could get the key or the card to enter our rooms.

The property was situated in a very place, easily accessible to the central part of the city. The hotel cleanliness was very good and furnished to good taste.

The room is very small, even if we had not much luggage, basically 2 handbags, it was hard to find enough storage to keep our room free. For the paid breakfast, I didn't like they give us only a small plate, just made the whole buffet experience worse. The food was good.

We were not aware of parkingspaces of the hotel need to be reserved. We booked this hotel on booking.com and chose this one because of the hotel has parking. I read nothing about we had to reserve the parkingspace. When we arrived the hotel, there were no parkingspace left. It was stressful. And it cost a lot to park in the middle of the city in many hours.

We love interior and cleanness of the lobby and the room. Hotelstaff were really friendly. Location is also perfect located to reach the several beautiful places in the city.

Location was perfect to reach to the center of Nantes in foot, room cleaning service and room condition was amazing. Little bonus, the air purifier in the room and the water distributer on the first floor that provided sparkling or cold water.

The hotel is in mint condition. Nicely decorated and very pleasant. In addition, the welcoming experience was absolutely amazing: very polite, friendly and helpful, trying to accommodate the best possible way my needs to leave early in the morning. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from Nantes station as well as the airport bus shuttle stop, making it well located. I’ll definitely go back when visiting or passing through Nantes

Every thing ! I have been traveling in Europe for 40 years This Hotel has it spot on ! I stayed on the 6th floor amazing room and view and sat out on the balcony in the sunshine, so refreshing to see a Hotel that has everything just right, private garage great location Staff very very helpful

The room was small and it felt cramped when going around the end and one side of the bed. Being picky, the toilet paper dispenser did not work very well - the squares of tissue come out of a tiny slot and then tore when even carefully pulling them out. Just a plain simple toilet roll would have been better.

Almost everything was perfect. It was all brand new, hyper-clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable with big fluffy pillows and lush bedding. The location was excellent for our purpose and there was underground private parking. But the friendly helpful staff were the icing on a lovely cake.
