Breakfast was good, offering a variety of choices. However, the breakfast room itself could be a little more dressed up to match the elegance of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, close to tourist attractions and shops. Housed in a beautiful, monumental old palace, the hotel offers a unique and charming atmosphere. Despite its central location, it is quiet inside. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the breakfast is good and staff is very friendly. The hotel also has a beautiful indoor swimming pool.

The room service/bar menu was not to our liking. Breakfast was not a great standard, there is no egg station or it was not offered/advertised upon entrance to the breakfast room.

A good room, plenty of space and a good bathroom, we were traveling with a dog which may have had some bearing on the room choice made by the reception staff.

Sheets were like cream, so soft. The shower and bath were hot. The towels were fresh and fluffy The spa/pool was amazing. The breakfast covered all bases.

Getting to the hotel by car is a wiggle. Make sure you know your route beforehand. The rooms were great, but lacked drawer space.

Could have been a bit higher but could still see things.

Nice Hotel in a very nice position in the old part of Rouen and our room was the highest one I think or one of the highest. Would stay there again. The room at the very top has nice views over the place and was quite high. We both like being higher up because we aren’t very tall anymore ever since the accident we had many years ago in Mexico when the cable broke in the lift. I wear shoe inserts anyway so I’m slightly higher now and my wife is stuck in the seventies anyway so imagine the shoes she wears. You can see the cathedral from The top room although the cathedral looks quite a bit higher. We had club sandwiches which were nice as we’d been travelling all day and the waiter was quite tall which is a good thing.

Wonderful walk around location! The Hotel is a wonderful renovation of an historic building, and new luxury amenities. The pool was Exceptional!! A great location, where you can "pop out" for breakfast, return, and go out again to shop, etc. Very convenient. The property is right next door to the market, easy walk to everything.

Absolutely stunning spot right in the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were amazing and very comfortable and there was a really good selection of food for the buffet breakfast.

All was good - can’t identify much scope for improvement!

The position of the hotel in the centre of the old town is unsurpassed .But finding your way there for the first time with a car can be a challenge. We hadparked the car & arrived on foot but the first person we met was the general manager of the hotel , Fernando Horta .He could not have been more helpful and he came in person with me to collect our car and guide us to the hotel., It was way beyond the call of duty & incredibly kind .
