How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed and pillows were not extremely comfortable, and there were only large towels. The electric socket near the bed did not work when the light was turned off. The room had a window in the courtyard with somewhat noisy ventilation, but it did not work at night, so it was absolutely quiet in the end. The sewage in the shower seemed to be clogged.
This is a really nice hotel located close both to the Matabiau railway station and the historical centre (the Saint-Sernin basilica is in a five-minutes walking distance), easily accessible by metro. My room was on the third floor (accessible by elevator) and had everything I needed, including a kettle and cups, and enough light. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was fine, but could be more varied. Anyway, I would consider staying in this hotel again if I happen to come back to Toulouse.

While clean, the building is tired.
You can't fault the staff ... so friendly and helpful. Good shower. Clean. Close to train station. Value for money.

Excellent location in the center of the city and in fron of the AERO bus. Friendly satff, clean rooms, veryy good French breakfast. Definitely will stay again on future

Odd but toilet about 1ft high .. Shower head would not stay up. No one cleans the hair trap on the shower drain.

The parking in the garage under the bus station was very tight and I was barely able to extract myself from my SUV after I parked. I needed assistance from my granddaughter to squeeze into my space.
Convenient location to the Basilica of Saint Sernin and to neighborhood restaurants. I enjoyed exploring the city on foot from here. We enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was very basic.

Nothing worth mentioning.
Very pleasant welcome at reception. The hotel is very close to Marché Victor Hugo and the city centre and around ten minutes walk from the railway station. The room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed and a decent shower. Good breakfast. A good location to spend two or three days in Toulouse.

Some places small renovations would do good, to some rooms the corridor goes through open atrium and in the beginning were doors hard to find.
OK location and breakfast. Not far for city centre. Parking possible ca 50 m away in public garage (with price discount). Also friendly and helpful personnel.

We liked it all.
Welcoming staff. We were cycling and they provided good bicycle storage. Quiet and comfortable room. Great central location. Very close to the central station and there's also a metro stop outside.

A bit more attention and/or proactivity of staff at breakfast would be good - the coffee machine stopped working in the most busy time and it took a while to get anyone to come and look. Things could run out and no replacement was forthcoming, at least not soon.
Excellent location; easy walk from the train station and the airport bus leaves just around the corner, max 2 minutes walk + near the old town and many attractions. It is a simple and basic three-star hotel, no frills and no surprises one way or the other, but good value for money.

Plumbing was a throwback to the 70's, never knowing when the hot water was coming in the shower or for how long. Not good I am sure there are better options for breakfast locally.

The location was great! In front of the bus station and centrally located … walking distance to Toulouse Matabiau train station and near to the shopping street and restaurants ..The airport shuttle bus stops literally just a few steps away from the hotel.From Toulouse airport… the 3rd stop is just few steps to the hotel.
