The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is some undercover parking ideal for motorbikes. The hotel is about a 10-15min walk into the old part of Colmar. The hotel has an evening menu

Unfortunately despite having so many EV chargers, they were all "iced" (taken up by non-electric cars) when I stayed here. Fortunately I have a long cable and was able to park further down the parking and the cable reached my car, but this is frustrating, and defeats the purpose of having EV chargers in the first place.

A comfortable room, a delicious breakfast, and friendly enthusiastic staff made staying here wonderful. Especially nice is the ecological direction this hotel is now taking.

During breakfast, we were preparing some boiled eggs and it was 5 mins past the closing time of the breakfast schedule, the personnel switched off the machine. Price is a bit expensive for what the property offers.

Lack of vegetables for breakfast - they would probably make our stay 10/10. Our room faced a busy street, but with window closed, noise cancelling was very good.

After four nights spent at this hotel, I highly recommend it. We got nice room with comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathroom, and enough storage place. Walls, door and window cancelled any noise very well. There was variety of delicious and local products for breakfast and breakfast hours were long enough to accomodate us. Restaurant also offered tasty dinner choices. We also praise the staff, always smiling, helpful, and they speaked english good enough. There was also no problem with parking spaces.

Unfortunately, we had a skin problem from the shower gel/soap - it doesn't come off the skin (remains very oily or slippery) and it dried my skin very quickly - I've never experienced anything like that. We didn't have shower gel with us because of the limited amount of liquids in our luggage but because of the problems with the one at the hotel, we had to buy one for the duration of the vacation. Nothing serious, but just as a suggestion, maybe change it to something that contains less silicones

The breakfast was really simple, even the eggs were out before 9, the breakfast is until 10 am. I give one point less only because of that.

If you are looking to explore Colmar, it is a bit of a walk into the center however its a great value and allows you to explore more.

The room was perfect for the three of us. It was spacious and had plenty of room and was very clean. We did not get the opportunity to try the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast had a lot of options and was nice. There is also a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We stopped here on the way to Switzerland to break up the drive and think we will make it one of our regular stops as it was perfect.

Great choice of buffet breakfast - obviously well received by all the customers using it. Close enough to city centre for pleasant walk to restaurants/bars etc. Outstanding Christmas feel in centre- busy, but clearly a major attraction at that time of year

Lift does not directly serve all floors. Was on a floor that can be reached by the lift but requires carrying luggages up/down a flight of stairs (about half-a-floor). Didn't notice supermarket or shops along the road where the hotel is located.

Decent size for family room although the two single beds were a bit tight. Staff is very responsive to messages sent through Booking.com app. Free parking. Fuss-free stay. Although the hotel is not located in Colmar town, it is near to both Colmar town and Eguisheim town so it is quite convenient to stay there.

The location was a little far away if you come on train but doable. If you drove in, it’s definitely a nice place to stay. Rooms were modern and clean. Nice bathrooms. Good breakfast space.
