The apartment was damaged, sockets, and shower. Wall socket was dangerous. Also, the breakfast was terrible for the price . Cheaper breakfasts at other hotels are much better.

It was very hot, and the air con didn't really cool the room down. We opened the windows during the night, and that was the only way we could sleep. We were on the ground floor so we had the car park just outside our windows. Not exactly ideal, but it worked.

Great space if traveling with a child. we didn't use the kitchen, but the extra space was beneficial. There is also the use of an outside communal space that looked very attractive, but we didn't get a chance to use it.

Apartment was not as advertised, it was dirty, dusty and mouldy. Carpets were old, worn, and heavily stained. There was either a strong chemical smell or a mouldy smell depending on the room you were in. We had to sleep with windows open to keep the smell away. Walls were dirty with various stains. At least one stain on the wall was identified as blood. AC units and ventilation points were old and full of dust. Bathroom door was rotten due to moisture damage. Bathroom door's lock didn't work. Not all lights in the bathroom worked. Apartment was generally unclean. We found two large bugs (stink bugs) in the rooms, and there was potential remains of bed-bugs found in one of the beds. One of our group developed a headache and a bad skin allergy after the first night. Curtains were heavily stained and ripped Bathroom door has bent from a kick Apartment has stairs to 2nd floor which was not mentioned and my wife has knee issue, that made it hard on her

Only offers breakfast and pizza delivery. The eating area is too small for the number of rooms. The hotel needs updating and redecorating. Would be helpful if staff wore uniforms or badges/lanyards.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to airport by taxi. Tram service nearby to get to city centre. Rooms have kitchenette.

Generally tired motel in need of refurbishment. Low staffing levels at breakfast so long wait for buffet items. Limited breakfast buffet choices.

The aircon was broken so the windows had to be left open to keep the tempreture down. There was a loud argument outside the building with the people shouting around 2 am, a lorry unloading washing at 3am and at 5am our bed collapsed. We complained to the reception, the gentleman was very understanding but couldn't do much for us. We waited until the children woke up at 7 and left early.

nothing like the pictures or reviews. dirty nappies and clothes outside our window all week no cooking utensils not even a sharp knife to cut bread no oven we had to eat out for lunch and dinner every night because of the lack of facilities in the room cramped and old. pictures show spacious and modern. Should never be advertised to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. people living all around smoking out there windows and dropping all their fag butts on our ledge. would you like me to carry on? The stains on the carpet which were disgusting, the fact that there was a hole in a wall and that the staff barely reacted when I mentionned it. Also there was no spoons, forks or knives in the kitchen. Not worth the price charged!
