The curtains smelled like smoke, even though the room was non smoking. I guess people still smoke on the tiny balcony with the window open. Currently there is contruction going on opposite of the hotel. Causing noise and the street to be blocked sometimes

It's a good value if money, but the cleaness is not at the high level. Lots of dust in the room, hair in the bathroom.. but the bed was clean.

The entrance to the building was a bit hard to find and it was difficult to get into the first door when you initially arrive, so if you're hoping for a check-in earlier than stated this is unlikely. The location was quite far away from the centre of NIce. However, these aspects are not hidden and I was fully aware of them when I booked.

The room was lovely and clean and all the facilities were perfect to fit the need of a long weekend. The key collection and instructions for the stay were easy to understand and clear. There was a lidl right next to the apartment and was very convenient.

There was marks on the wall, curtain and bed. The room did not seem clean. There was old food scraps left in the fridge and could tell it hadn't been clean.

We stayed there for 3 nights. We really liked the place. We felt like we are at home, comfortable. There is kitchen, fridge and some table with high chairs. The plus is also the big parking space what they had, for 6€ a day you can get a place in underground parking. There is a lot of space to park your car without problems. And 30m from there is a Lidl, so you can grab grocarys

The apartment was really nice, we had everything we needed except a hair dryer, but it was not a big deal anyway. We had a really good rest and it was very quiet during the night. Definetely recommend if you travel to Nice. Thank you. 🤩

Would be cool if not just the mugs, but also the glasses were provided. Also, idk if there are certain rules or they just don't apply to the building, but almost each night, it was extremely noisy, and the music was just banging. Honestly, felt as if it was playing in our room. We were too tired to be really bothered tho 😁

I landed early in the morning and could not check-in until 3pm. By that time, walking like a zombie in the sizzling sun with a heavy rucksack, I was comatose, trying not to fall asleep on the bench in the little park. There was a possibility for an earlier check-in, but only for additional money. I did not like this idea. The reception works only between 9am and midday and 3pm until 7pm (officially - I went there before 4pm one day and the door was closed). That is not good.

A great place to stay when in Nice. One can relax without being disturbed, during a day as well as at night - no noisy neighbours. It is very safe both inside and outside - at any time of night and day. It is only 5-10 mins on foot to Pont Michel tram stop (straight ahead from the apartment) and you can be at the heart of Nice - Place Massena - in 20 minutes (additional 20 mins and you`re at the airport). The Lidl supermarket is 1 minute away and the fruit and vegetable shop is on the way to the tram stop. My room was spacious enough, pristine clean and the kitchenette well equipped. Everything in the bathroom worked as it should. I already miss this place and Nice...

On policy there were nothing mention regards cleaning a dishes and take bin out, but when you arrive to apartments there is penalty if you not wash dishes but there were nothing with no washing liquide or sponge, I feel sorry for those who stayed after us, because I washed dishes just with water and felt that it is dirty but I didnt want to receive penalty of 50€

Good price but for location, and quality of place I am not sure if that was worth it.

It didn't have air conditioning

It had everything we needed except for air conditioning... there was a manual fan but it really wasn't strong enough... the tram was a 10 min walk and we were at the beach in 20 mins...
