Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

First of all, the location! The hotel is right on this central train station, with lots of Metro lines stopping there. Within few minutes of walk there is a nice restaurants area with bustling nightlife and there are great night clubs nearby. The hotel is very clean and everything is thoughtful, the copywriting is amazing!! The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff was so nice and helpful, they helped with everything we asked them and made our stay very enjoyable!

United StatesiPad had finger smudges from previous guests when I checked in and sometimes froze which was a problem when it controls the whole room. Climate was inconsistent, and duvet was small for the size of the bed.
Overall a good price for a very convenient location, I liked the simple check-in process and room controls.

United Arab Emiratesroom service is just once in 3 days, we stayed there in April, it was still cold and damp and towels didn't dry at all. hooks are just 2 in the whole room, so you have to choose if you hang one towel to dry up a little bit, or any other item (e.g. wet jacket after the rain), yet the other towel had no option to hang and dry, hence, it was remaining damp. There should be a rail, and at least a few more hooks in the room, or just change the towels every day! by the way, it's not helping the planet at all, if you change the towel once in 3 days, you have to wash them more intensely and use more bleach which brings down to 0 all efforts to minimize the water consumption and makes the towels look worn out and grey much faster

United Stateswould be nice to make the room a little warmer but just snuggled up under the duvet more to fix being cold.
The hotel is very contemporary, with a large bed that was very comfortable and inviting especially after a large flight. Also has a large TV for relaxing and streaming any channels you may want to watch while you wind down in the evening. The shower was large and amazing.
