A very pricey hotel but I think it is worth it!

Victoria the staff at Plenitude sending me a personal whatsapp was very welcoming. The Chinese lady staff whose name I forgot was super helpful in helping with our luggage and transportation during our check out.

We had a construction site just in front of the window. Late at night found out that there is no dental kit in the room, where there were dozens of all other unnecessary things. It took them 15 minutes to bring after several reminders.

They served too many tasty almonds at the incredibly designed bar with the most amazing views. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the place.

Cheval Blanc is and will always be the most amazing hotel I have or will stay at. it has an incredible position and views and the facility is without peer.

Everything about this place is world class from the lobby floor to the intelligent hi tech room design. This hotel is a masterclass in luxury travel. The team go above and beyond to deliver an authentic and unique experience whilst in residence. They were all so nice. The room detail is mind blowing, think Audrey Hepburn meets James Bond. The intelligent rooms are flawless and there is no space without purpose that effortlessly frames the Parisian skyline. The products smell so good and in partnership with the Dior Spa you really have such value for money when you see all the gifts given to each guest, no expense spared! We ended up with a fortune in products which really did make this such value for what you get. A once in a lifetime experience that you will not regret!

As everything is a new facility, the staff looked new as well. The concierge didn't answer the phone a couple of times and even didn't answer the phone when I checking out. In addition, booking.com reservations are not included in breakfast, so you have to pay separately. Think carefully before make a reservation.

Everything was new, clean and the facilities were modern and beautiful. Good location and nice view. They listened to all my demands and did it. I really enjoyed the Dior spa!!!!!! Not only good location but also BMW7 service was fantastic, too.

This is a perfect hotel! The location was central and easy to get to and from. The hotel is gorgeous and makes you feel very glamorous. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautiful. The bottle of wine, treats for the children, etc were exceptional. This is a truly amazing hotel.

rooms tend to have sewer smell in bathroom/shower sink. we changed room and it gets better but sometimes it still come up.

The table-chair combo in the room wasn't the most comfortable. Also the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned for a while. The packaging for creams was difficult to open

It exceeded expectations. Every inch of the room was crafted to perfection. From the shower-hammam, to the curtain system, to the lights. The recuperation and AC systems were outstanding, which is very rare. Also, being an extremely picky sleeper, the best hotel mattress I've ever slept on, and selection of pillows was outstanding. Every dining experience in the hotel was an absolute win.
