How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Air con didn't work , no shelf to put things in shower (pet hate as I have spinal arthritis and struggle to bend) only one teabag with kettle. A few more and coffee would be good ! It should say on main booking page restaurant is only open Monday to Thursday. They said it is but I can't find it anywhere .
Easy to park very comfortable bed good shower in bedroom and all very clean . Staff mixed. Some offhand some ok and one was really nice and helpful over and above . Kettle provided . Located right by a tram stop for town and 10 mins to airport. Petrol station round the corner for if you have a hire car

There were only a few issues with translation.
Like how near to the Stade Ernest Wallon is. Easy to get to the heart of Toulouse as well and near a large Carrefour too!

A distance from the centre, but trams fine.
Clean, nice room great en suite. Near airport and easy access to City. Not that easy to get to Ernst Wallon stadium - just needed to work out the Metro route.

Family trip of 5. We stayed overnight between flight connections. Hotel is located next to tram station, making very conveniente to go to the airport and to the city centre.

Uncomfortable beds; very limited dining options in or near the hotel.
Decent accomodations for a Toulouse airport transfer. Decent room, quite clean. Nice breakfast with real maple syrup for pancakes/creppes. Not too far from airport or rental car companies.

Quiet and spacious room, comfortable bedding, great water pressure and could even take a bath. Staff was very friendly and arranging when I asked to leave my luggage in their storage room for a few hours on departure day. I did not take the breakfast so cannot comment.

Not ideally located if you want to be in the city centre. Staff could have been friendlier.
Located on the main tram line, which was convenient for access to both the airport and city centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Very clean and near to the airport. Parking was not a problem, the hotel has its own parking. Just a few minutes by car to the centre.

A kettle in the room would have been nice, but no big deal :)
Easy access to the airport and a simple transit into the old city. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and breakfast was good.

When I arrived there seemed to be some sort of problem with my reservation but with the language it was a little hard to understand. I was asked to wait while 3 other groups were checked in. Not cool. Finally when they got to me and told me the AC was out in the room I reserved. I said ok, so mo e me to a room that has a working AC. Not quite sure what happened, but got my room key and I heard the AC fan working so figured all was OK. Went and ate dinner, not a lot of choices by the way, and when I got back I went to bed even though it didn't feel like it was cool in the room. I was already in bed so didn't call anyone.
It was a place to lay my head.

It’s not the nicest area and it’s quite far from the nearest tram/train station.
The price was reasonable and the people at reception were very helpful.
