You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomVery little to dislike about this hotel, perhaps could have been more generous with the shampoo/shower gel but that really is a very small thing.
Excellent location near to the train station and a short walk to the main square and marina/harbour area. The hotel is staffed 24/7 with friendly helpful staff. The room I had was adequate for my purposes and the was cleaned daily. Breakfast is good and worth the cost. The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants nearby.

It was in an extremely convenient location for us as we used the bus station, it is right across the road. The luggage storage was perfect and the staff were lovely. The room was clean and it had a working elevator.

VenezuelaWhen we entered the room smelled like cigarette. Was disgusting. I thought in 2023 smoking inside the room was banned. But they even invite people to smoke by providing ashtrays. We complained and gave us a non smoking room which still smelled but was better than the first one. Staff was nice and tried their best to help.

FranceToilets are separated only by a curtain, not very hygienic. There was a bidet, it's my first time seeing one in real life. Bed was small. Room was not sound proof at all : you can hear everything everywhere. Air conditioning was not working. You must give the key when going outside and then retrieve it when coming back. Room is small but well for the price it's normal

Location is great and even if it’s close to the station, it’s really quiet. We found many parking spots available just next to the hotel (we arrived pretty late in the evening). The room was perfect for a night. 24/7 reception and cold drinks available to buy.
