The shower head needs changing

Very good location, Very nice rooms, free coffee in the lobby. They also immediately managed(for a reasonsble fee) to forward my forgitten iPad. Parking house nearby (during weekend they actually only charge per hour, not the flat rate of 25€ for the weekend, so we only paid 20€ for our 15 hour stay

A superb boutique hotel meters from Strasbourg Central Train Station. Extremely clean, quiet and cozy. The breakfast is very good and the staff is kind and makes you feel special. We will be back again.

The shower without door is terrible idea. Noticeable water damage to door cause the water spays all over the place. Also could not get towel warmer to work.

The breakfast was great, love the location. Great coffee machine making special coffees all day and was free!!

Temperature control in the room. Lack of kettle or coffee maker.

We had a fifth floor room facing the station. The hotel was very clean. The wifi was strong. I liked the layout for a 16m room. It made a good use of the space to separate the shower and sink room from the toilet room. I loved the rain shower. The room was over-warm, but due to the central cooling system not yet turned on for the summer season, we could not control that. The desk person was very apologetic about it. The location was perfect for train travel and just a few minutes walk right into the historic center. Some good restaurants nearby.

The underpowered air conditioner forced us to keep the window to the street/station area open on the hottest days, which was very noisy until late in the evening. It didn't bother us at night, but by the third evening, it didn't seem to be a problem anymore. Breakfast was not up to our taste. We had breakfast in the Boulangerie/Pâtisserie next door.

It is a very cozy, nicely designed hotel in the city center near the Railway Station. It offers discounted parking and the possibility of unloading/loading luggage at the hotel. Not very big but thoughtfully and tastefully decorated rooms, very clean and tidy - cleaning is done daily. Very good soundproofing on both walls and windows. Very attentive and friendly service.

I always prefer to have a kettle in my room, though in this case the coffee machine in the lobby was also convenient.

Literally a two minute walk to the train station but not noisy. It was spotless and the all day coffee and snacks was a great touch. Thomas at the front desk was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We walked around the corner to see the Old Town with shops, restaurants and a short walk to the Cathedral. Definitely recommend and we would return?

No tea/coffee. Staff not unfriendly just curt. Separate toilet from shower, but no sink in the toilet room, so still had to use both rooms. Maybe a bit expensive for what it was.

Right across from bahnhof. Small room but functional. No breakfast - not enough people staying (but excellent boulangerie right next door).
