Wifi was temperamental and on arrival our room was not fully made up (duvets not covered and in the wardrobe - we thought this was normal so didn't say anything. Only when we returned the second night were beds made up and the glasses sanitised.

Quiet area with lots of shops and eateries nearby. The staff were very helpful and mainline train very close but also the Metro only 15 minutes away. It felt very safe walking around the area and so near to the Westfield which was great for late night eating! The room was well equipped with all necessities.

The window was shattered (and it was a room on the ground floor, so it didn't feel safe at first). The WIFI was lagging. There were smudges all over mirrors and window. There was no kettle (there was a stove but not even a single pot, only one pan, so I couldn't boil water e.g. for tea/coffee).

The bed was very comfortable. The TV had a HDMI outlet. There's a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge and a stove. It was overall quite clean with a few exceptions (smudges on window and mirrors, shattered window). The staff were nice and helpful.

One rude staff member who messed up our check in. Our key was duplicated to another guest which meant someone else unlocked our room while we were in there which didn’t feel particularly safe! Then our own key wouldn’t work because the room had been allocated to someone else. The staff member who helped us with that issue was great. We asked for late check out and paid for it but the staff made no note of that so our key wouldn’t work again after standard check out time. When we told the person at the desk (same one who checked us in) she was rude about it. Think we were just unfortunate dealing with this member of staff twice… everyone else was helpful and polite.

very pretty apartment, of good size and everything is new and clean and cleaned on a regular basis, very attractive property, only five minutes walking to the next suburban train station and metro/RER available from la defense; cute place for couples:)) unlike many suburbs of paris courbevoie turned out to be very safe and well connected

Location is within a walking distance to business and ministries district. On the way there are cafes (boulangerie) where you can grab breakfast. The hotel has nice mini gym. The hotel location was quiet. At the reception you can get free water bottles, which is very nice.

Staff is not exactly helpful and doesn’t really understand English or just pretends they don’t. Simple request of refilling the shower gel bottle took them 2 days and a couple reminders and eventually got sorted out by a lovely cleaning lady. Generally not the nicest experience with the reception desk staff.

Except de room, everything it’s extra price, cleaning, changing the towels, etc….. if your room it’s ready before the check-in time, they take your money by the hour. Reception employee helped us and gave us the room and “ask” us for some “atention” several times, very bad habits!!!

I didn't mange to get an invoice at checkout. It was then promised by email, but did not receive it yet. IO did say, I need it. Moreover, I was left waiting while serving another customer arrived after me, also to get the invoice.

The room was very quite as well as the sourrounding. So you can sleep with the window open. It is possible to switch off air conditioning. The bed and pillow also good
