Not a very charming part of Marseille, the area around the velodrome rather seems like a mixture of event space (concerts, sport events at the Velodrome, conference facilities in and around the hotels) and not too interesting residential area. Quite a bit away from the city center.

Very modern hotel, newly built. Clean, spacious, very modern rooms, large and comfortable. Professional staff, parking just across the street (25 Euro a night).

The place looks a bit run down when you walk in. The carpet in the hallway of our floor was disgusting….should have been replaced long ago. Food in the restaurant was disappointing and no real coffee maker in the room, just a kettle. We spent the next night at the Radisson in the old port area. It was 32 Euro less and the room and amenities were considerably better.

It was conveniently located for what we were doing in town. The room itself was comfortable.

Breakfast food was very bad and it was not enough light in the room.

We ordered a taxi from the hotel to pick us up form the airport. The taxi never came and when we mentioned this on arrival, no apology was offered. The breakfast was very basic, you had to boil your own eggs which i never saw before. Coffee cups and buffet items were not replaced as needed. Not enough amenities in the room, no slippers or sugar for the coffee making facilities.

Room size was good, bathroom in good condition.

The lavavo is outside ,the toilet and bath are separate. there is no plastic sack in the garbage bin.

The staff were so accommodating, they allow us to leave our luggage early when we arrive around 12 noon. Though we are not yet able to do the early check in. The staff as well were soo nice. Our room is just in the view of the Velodrome Stadium. Wide room , with free drinks, coffee and tea.

Very nice stuff, for a concert at orange velodrome no better choice possible. Beds are extremely comfortable, even a short jump in the pool is possible. 20minutes walk to the see, for a weekend a perfect location. We ll definitely come back if there s a concert again. orange velodrome is just to recommend,so is the hotel. Thanks for that great stay!

My only complain was the noise from the lift bcoz it was next to my room.. but i know its only for these rooms but even though i could sleep very well in the confortable bed

Be very careful not book a room on the stadium side. During our stay there was a rugby game and it was super loud and we were not informed.

the toilettes in the rooms have only a glass door which does not close totally, they are not see-through but also not enough privacy.

good location near congress center and stadium, 15 mins from city center. the staff is very pleasant. good breakfast. overall, good value for money. extra plus: I had a quiet room at the end of the hall and the floors are carpeted so you almost do not hear other guests at all.

Reception people were super nice and helpful. We left the hotel before breakfast time, and they kindly prepared a bag with mini croissant and coffee for us. We were visiting Marseille for a conference and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 min walking distance from the conference center.

After check out I asked for a taxi, the one they called said it would take 15 min, so I explained that I need to take the train in half an hour, they said it would be enough, but the taxi arrived after 25 min and I lost my train. The hotel should re-evaluate which "professionals" they indicate. It has tainted an experience that had been great so far.

The bunk beds were a bit dangerous and almost collapsed once as my daughter climbed down. There are no cupboards in a room that big, just hangers on a rail. I don't like the open plan nature of the bathroom area. No privacy when having a shower. The pool is ridiculously small. The staff didn't have any tourist information about the area or tours.

We had a very big room, which was great as a family room. The location was good, fairly central. I liked the beanbags and beds around the pool.

To meet a guest with a threatening huge dog when I was leaving my room to take the lift.

It is a practical hotel, well maintained, with a good staff and above standard service.
