The hotel is advertised as having 'parking at the hotel'. This is not entirely true as there are only a dozen parking spaces available for hotel guests, so expect to drive around the area looking for a free space once in a while.

Great value for money, extremely friendly Staff, great breakfast, daily housekeeping & very nice location.

Nothing - it was all fab!

Fantastic location and views over the bay and to Ibiza Old Town from our balcony. The staff are all wonderful and the hotel exceeded our expectations - fantastic all round!

Didn't eat at the restaurant because it looked a bit characterless

Clean and tidy; helpful staff. Nice touch was birthday card and chocolates. Spa is a nice facility.

The second room was extremely noisy and with construction just in front. We could manage because we were mainly in the other room, but it would have been very nice from the desk to give this info. Probably we would have reserved the other side which was a little more expensive (but the price difference was explained by the non sea view and not by the construction site).

Indoor pool area could be made a little nicer - particularly the jacuzzi. Outdoor pool area seemed a bit dated, and shame the water was not slightly heated.

Outdoor and indoor pool, right by a small beach. Very peaceful and safe for young children. Comfortable rooms, great with a sea view balcony. Nice terrace bar/ restaurant. Very reasonably priced food and drink. Nice comfy and smart lounging areas. Staff very friendly

The toilet seats and grouting around the bathroom could do with an uplift. Otherwise all good.

Staff is incredible! They left a little gift on my birthday which was a lovely surprise when I returned to my room. Bruno at the reception and the lovely housekeeping lady were always smiley and kind in every interaction. The bay view from the room is stunning and overall my stay was pleasant.

Lack of food options through the day/evening. No pizzas despite being on the menu so the only option is really the evening buffet. Probably would have been fine in the height of the season when there are more alternative restaurants nearby, but most were closed for the winter. Parking for us was fine but may be a problem in high season.

Beachside location, fantastic views and good breakfast. Lovely staff. Outside pool was nice to sit at though quite chilly to swim in (refreshing though!).

We requested a cot, but received an extra bed instead, which wasn't ideal for our 1 year old but we made do. The restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 7.30pm which is far too late when you have small children who would normally eat around 5/6pm. If this had been made clear at the point of booking then we would have likely booked another hotel. The bar said it serves "snacks", including 6 or 7 types of pizza as well as chips/fries, however when we went to order the only pizzas they had were four seasons and they didn't have any chips because the restaurant wasn't open! Don't advertise them on the 9am-midnight bar snack menu then!

Breakfast buffet had a great choice and there was no charge for our 4 and 1 year old which was a nice surprise. Location was nice, right on the beach with a few restaurants and a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk.

Breakfast and dinner were great (the best orange juice I had in a hotel!). Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. In overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. Also, you can find parking easily near the hotel.

No room service for food at 4 star hotel. The spa was always closed and whenever we wanted to have food the restaurant was closed so we had to go to other places

Perfect located and excellent see view! Very professional and super friendly staff with special thanks to Adrian. Great breakfast with fresh juices and delicious choices of healthy food. Super clean room with coffeemaker. Overal highly customer focused staff!

The property itself is very clean and exactly like the pictures, all areas of the hotel are kept to a high standard. The staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Ibiza

A few guests were there for clubing were playing loud music before going out. Perhaps hotel needs to emphasize relaxing nature of ambiance to perspective guests.

Clean hotel, great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location away from Ibiza town therefore quieter. Nice walk with great local restaurants.
