The pillows were thin and hard.

Nice spacious room, comfortable beds, perfectly clean bathroom, great location, 8 mins walk to centre, easy to find street parking very close by. Reception staff excellent, very welcoming, and ready to provide map and tourist info. Breakfast good, very fresh croissant (best I have ever had), good coffee, and lovely fresh orange juice.

Underground Car parking with large car rather tight. Long pillow on double bed was very hard making sleep difficult.

Nice hotel for a good price, good location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Parking on the street was easy and free.

The doors are very noisy when people close them. Perhaps it is possible to put some cloth in the door edges, or put sound baffles in the hall ways to make the noise less.

The wifi was free but it didn’t work in my room, I went in the lobby or in the restaurant to use wifi

Breakfast was great, delicious tomatoes and olive oil, lots of bread, I slept very well, ultra clean, staff were super friendly and beyond helpful whenever I needed something

The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, but it was also a bit cheaper than other hotels. Something to consider when travelling in July. Also, the door to the bathroom is almost see through, not the best for privacy.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was very simple. The location is good, but Ciudad Real is a quiet small and not very interesting town.

Good value for money. Free parking in the street right in front of the hotel. Perfectly clean. Ar conditioning was perfect for an almost 40 degrees day. Walking distance from the city center.

Other hotels in the town offer better value. The double room was small with a very small shower room with sink. No bidet. A couple of small niggles but mostly as a result of selfish guests returning well after midnight, raised voices and slamming doors ... a common problem not the fault of the hotel.

As a bolt hole on my long journey it did what I expected it to. Location convenient for some shops and city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities not used except very secure underground parking on site kept locked ... essential for my needs as a motorcyclist.

Liked everything: comfortable beds, clean room, spacious bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff! Traditional breakfast: toasts with tomatoes and olive oil + fresh juice + coffee. Quite enough for a good start of the day. Will book again for my next visit!

Not really a issue for me, but a bit noisy when other people are coming in/ leaving. This is due to the people tho as the hotel ask for the doors no to be slammed.

The Location was great and service was excellent, very friendly staff. Nice breakfast too.

The only thing I can say is that I struggle with the pillow, but for the rest I was comfortable

Is not a luxury hotel, but in terms of location is perfect,, everything is near by… Max 10 mint walking. The staff are so educated, professional.

We came for one night as part of our roadtrip and enjoyed the hotel a lot. Staff was very helpful in explaining where to go in the city and in explaining the region to us. Also the dinner is recommendable and staff was very helpful as well (our Spanish isn’t the best). The rooms are good with a nice bathroom and we had a good view on the street! A day for the city and region (depending on what you want to see) was enough for us.

Oh that Car Park. I still have nightmares about that second bend. If my car was any longer I do not think I would have got down there. Before you try it I recommend you should walk down there to see for yourselves. They even charged Euros10 for the privilege. I choose this Hotel as it had a EV Charging facility which turned out to be a socket that run at 2KWH so very slow. They even wanted to charge EUR 7 for this so gave up.

Breakfast is very limited! You don't get to choose how much to eat: you are entitled to 1 toast, 1 coffee and 1 orange juice only. Which is ironic because the reason I chose this hotel was that the breakfast grade was above 8. Hotel is old and the walls are very thin. Too much noise during the morning.

Good location, Mercadona (supermarket) nearby and is a 15-minute walk to the city center with more restaurant options. Easy to find Parking spots on the streets.
