We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlands- Despite the warnings about non-smoking room and prohibited in open areas, this is not what happens. Customers were allowed to smoke anywhere and even stimulated, based on the wide number of ashtrays spread on room balconies and at snack bar tables. So, windows always closed to avoid the smoke to get in. - Due to the room door locker type, they were slammed all the time. If you try to sleep a little bit over 8 AM, it is impossible. - Walls are too thin, so you can hear everything from the room next to yours, including children screaming, crying or people having arguments. - Internet Wi-Fi was not good, even though I didn't care about it. - Definitely not a place to just sleep, meditate or work remotely.
The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and super clean. The vibe at the hotel was super high. Good restaurants and the beach few blocks away. Super easy to reach the hotel from the airport by bus. The pool was always clean. Very good breakfast.

Pool was Great, room and balcony were lovely. Staff for the kids pool and bar were all really nice. The beach town is very cute with calm atmosphere and tasty food.

GermanyThe water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Staff at reception was ok, but could be nicer/friendlier. They don’t have room service/restaurant. So not possible to get food outside the breakfast/dinner buffets.
Breakfast was really nice. The cleaning ladies and staff at the bar and breakfast restaurant were also really friendly. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Pool was really nice. Drink prices at the bar were also fair.

BulgariaPool only being open between 10-6 is so unfortunate. Have 2 life guards doing 6 hour shifts 8-8, really not a difficult fix. The pool is your biggest selling point and the Morning/early evening is a great time to swim, keep it open!
Lovely staff, great pool and loungers, decent food, excellent location and incredible value! Rooms cleaned daily, a good size, nice balcony, plenty of storage space and quiet.
