In need of maintenance. Couldn't enjoy the balcony as French doors to it would not open, nor close completely, resulting in a cold draft coming in the apartment at a cold time of year. Broken blinds and some dirty crockery, that would have been noticed if checked. Fancy tv and shower, but no instructions as to how to use them.

Fantastic views. Well equipped, clean appartment with comfortable bed and sofa. Good value for money and set in a good location with good access to free parking a few minutes up the hill.

The apartament is really beautiful and comfortable. The position is perfect and the view... Just wow. The shower is very relaxing and you can have everything you need. You can find free parking Just 5 minutes far from there out of the Wall of the Castle. I would like ti stay more days and I will definitely come back!!!

Information on the choice of room when booking on booking.com was misleading We choose this room because we thought it was the loft apartment. The room was nice but not the room I was thinking I was getting. Not the fault of the hotel but booking.com let

We paid extra for breakfast and it was very very basic. I think I would have preferred paying for the much larger and better breakfast buffet at the hotel across the street.

Views! Great bathroom! Balcony terrace! I had read other reviews and knew that I had to pick up the keys at the hotel across the street. The hotel receptionist was very nice, and he even provided us with extra bread for our second day there (we had just ordered 1 breakfast beforehand). There was free parking up the hill about a 5 minute walk away. I think it's best to drive down in front of the place and drop off luggage before parking, or you can pay for parking nearer by.

Apartment smelled like cigarette smoke.

The location of the apartment is perfect to explore the old town and the views are stunning. The facilities are good. You can get a very good breakfast at the hotel on the other side of the road.

We were not advised that there was no on site check in. You must walk a short distance to Hotel Leonor de Aquitania. This was not a problem, but it would have been helpful to know.

The apartment was in an excellent location. We parked our car at the convenient lot close by (free parking) and walked to everything.

The kitchen and the shower are quite outdated and need improvements. The kitchen was lack of hand towels. The fridge is very old and its door can not be properly closed. The sofa at the fireplace in the room was a bit dirty.

The apartment is spacious and in a good location. It's near parkings and attractions. The beds were big and comfy. Marvelous views from the room. Check-in was quick and easy. Important information was communicated beforehand and Breakfast kit can be ordered in advance.

The stairs to the rooftop are steep and a bit slippery, a good reason to not drink too much wine up there! A guest with mobility issues may not be able to enjoy the rooftop. We just held on to the railing when going up and down and it was fine.

Great apartment with a million-dollar view, right in the historic center of Cuenca. Easy key pickup from a hotel nearby. Great views from the bedroom as well as from the private rooftop. Great bathroom, lots of exposed wood and traditional charm in the bedroom. Good wifi.

Kitchen cabinets need replacing and there needs to be more cooking utensils.

I liked everything. For people with mobility issues, it would be a challenge, though.

Everything was great. Comfortable, spacious, a wonderful terrace, working WiFi (we stayed at the suite). We liked it so much that we wanted to prolong our stay, but it was already booked by someone else.

The bathroom needs updating and had a very damp smell which made it feel unclean (although it wasn’t).

The location was excellent, with incredible views. The room was spacious and comfortable.

There were some problems with the sanitary and electric.

Location is great, in the old center and near the free parking. It´s warm in the winter.
