We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing experience at the Jumeirah. Room, view, fantastic food in all restaurants, cleanliness and friendly, courteous staff who can't do enough for you. The pool and spa were out of this world and not busy. Interesting area of Majorca with beautiful villages to visit and lovely drives through the mountains. Would love to return.

United StatesAs usual with the Jumeirah brand hotels, this one was exceptional as the others we have stayed in Dubai. Great service from the minute you walk in the door. Cold towel, little gifts for our kids, welcome drink and just overall friendliness and kindness. They make you feel right at home. The hotel is located on top of spectacular cliffs over looking the port and the beautiful sea views. The rooms are great size for the cost and of course in this hotel the views only enhance the overall room experience. We’ll be back to this hotel next time we’re in Mallorca, perfect for our family or if just traveling with your significant other. Whenever we see the Jumeirah brand we associate it with 5 star luxury and this didn’t disappoint.?

Stunning view of the sea and land, from pool, room, dining and bar areas. Staff are consistently polite and helpful. Food is of the highest quality, as is the spa experience. All in line with what you would expect from a hotel in this price bracket.
