Pizza, clubsandwich and ceasar salad at the poolbars do Not live up to the Rest of the food offeres. Very expensive for very low quality. Better skip it and enjoy More of the beautiful breakfast ;)

More frequent shuttle service to and from the Hotel to the Port. Cheaper car parking at the hotel (but you can find spaces outside).

Amazing experience at the Jumeirah. Room, view, fantastic food in all restaurants, cleanliness and friendly, courteous staff who can't do enough for you. The pool and spa were out of this world and not busy. Interesting area of Majorca with beautiful villages to visit and lovely drives through the mountains. Would love to return.

Dinner is goods but not on par with breakfast. Also, drinks are quite pricey.

This is the one and only Mallorcan 5* experience. Faultless staff, always friendly and top notch. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Hotel bars were difficult to get into. We couldn't find anywhere for an evening drink, the sunset lounge was fully booked and the only other place for a drink was the poolside restaurant however that felt more like a restaurant than bar. As a guest this was frustrating.

we were asked if it was a special occasion. it was our 40th wedding anniversary but there was no special treatment eg champagne or flowers etc in the room which for a hotel like this we found surprising. Why ask if it’s not important to the hotel. the check in staff did say happy anniversary though

As usual with the Jumeirah brand hotels, this one was exceptional as the others we have stayed in Dubai. Great service from the minute you walk in the door. Cold towel, little gifts for our kids, welcome drink and just overall friendliness and kindness. They make you feel right at home. The hotel is located on top of spectacular cliffs over looking the port and the beautiful sea views. The rooms are great size for the cost and of course in this hotel the views only enhance the overall room experience. We’ll be back to this hotel next time we’re in Mallorca, perfect for our family or if just traveling with your significant other. Whenever we see the Jumeirah brand we associate it with 5 star luxury and this didn’t disappoint.?

The bedrooms were too light in the mornings as the electric curtains are too short and do not reach across the window far enough,letting light in at the side and bottom,which affected our ability to sleep.

Excellent food choice,quality and service, Unfortubateky though we could not sit outside in the lovely setting due to the large number of wasps.

It would be helpful to have a place to buy essentials such as sunscreen, insect bite cream and favourite ice creams/lollies (not just cornet cones and ice cream by pool).

Stunning view of the sea and land, from pool, room, dining and bar areas. Staff are consistently polite and helpful. Food is of the highest quality, as is the spa experience. All in line with what you would expect from a hotel in this price bracket.
